I've been with Punchpass for about 3 years now and found it extremely easy to get started using and very cost-effective for the opportunities this software provides.

I was using paper cards and it was making my life crazy. People would lose them, and expect me to know what was on them, etc.

It's hard to answer this because I know the Punchpass team is constantly adding new features.

My overall experience with Punchpass has been nothing but positive.  I originally did a soft launch as a transition for my customers to see how it all worked and everyone loved the convenience & organization of what is offered!  I can keep it really simple or make it more complex, depending on how many of the offerings that I want to use on the platform.  Their customer service is excellent and they LISTEN to their customer's needs - they are always looking to improve ways to make things more convenient and work efficiently.  Having Punchpass is a big part of the pride that I have in my fitness business. Using Punchpass has been one of the best business decisions I have ever made. The platform is visually attractive, intuitive, and has all the features that I need to support my yoga business. Working on the administrative back end is easy and fun. I can update the schedule, create a new class, send an email, check a student's class history, and much more. Customer service has been excellent. The support articles are clear and helpful, and the support chat usually answers any questions promptly. Whether during the initial set up period, or later when I had questions or issues, I was able set up a support phone call to get the one-on-one help that I needed. But I have rarely needed a phone call, because the support articles and the chat help have been so good. On the user end, I have had very few problems. The students have been able to use the site successfully with very little input from me. My overall experience is that Punchpass is a great company with a great product and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Punchpass has helped me to streamline the sales of my yoga passes, series, workshops, and memberships. They keep track of everything for me so I can focus on teaching. I can even offer people discount codes. My students love it and say its easy to use.  I have had some issues come up where students make two accounts by accident and they were able to help me immediately and teach me in a way that now I can fix things without their help.  I am thrilled with Punchpass.

Punchpass Review: Why Punchpass is for You

Joy Fletcher:                                          My name is Joy, I'm the CEO of a company called Agile 4 Life Fitness, and what that company does is we specialize in senior fitness, and I give Punchpass a five rating.
                                                       So initially, my company had started with Punchpass, but it didn't have very many specialties to it, so we switched over to WellnessLiving. I found WellnessLiving a little cumbersome, definitely way more than what we needed, and I struggled constantly trying to figure things out. So I switched back to Punchpass, they had in the meantime added some of the things that I really wanted, and I think they've just done a fabulous job of upgrading and making it so usable.
                                                       So one of the reasons I went back to Punchpass was initially it was easy to use. It was easy to get set up, it was easy to use, the members had a really easy time using it, so when we switched to WellnessLiving and I came back to Punchpass, it was still the same great thing, it was still just as easy, but like I said, they had upgraded and added a lot of features that we really needed, like video, being able to record the workouts and have the video then be available for the members.
                                                       So when I switched back to Punchpass, it was just so easy to set up, way easier than it was when we converted back over to WellnessLiving. And again, they made it as easy as possible and it was just, like I said, it was just as easy as they could possibly make it.
                                                       So I recommend that anyone that's got a small business to a medium-sized business to just really take a look at Punchpass, talk to the people, they are very, very pleasant to talk with, and it just makes everything run smoother. Like I said, the main important thing is it's really easy for the members to use, and I get very few complaints and if something does go wrong, Punchpass is right there to help me out and get it corrected. So if you want a quality product, I would highly recommend Punchpass, because I can't say that you would get that kind of service from another big client program.

Punchpass Review: Just Dive Right In!

Lucas K.:                                              My name is Lucas. I am the owner of a small yoga studio. And I would give Punchpass a five. So when I took over ownership of the studio, all they had was pen and paper. And that obviously didn't work because nobody was able to sign up for anything online or anything like that. So I started doing some research on different systems that I could use for the yoga studio.
                                                       The primary reason I chose Punchpass was the price. But as I was looking into it also, it looked very easy to use, it looked pretty user-friendly, and I thought, "Well, let's give it a shot and see what happens." Getting started with Punchpass was incredibly easy for me. The support is spectacular. Customer service is spectacular. And pretty much any hiccup you run into, there's already an article written on how to fix it with links and screenshots, and it's really simple to set up.
                                                       My advice for anybody that's considering getting Punchpass is to do it. Sign up, try it out, test drive it. Contact customer service if you have any issues. They are phenomenal. So I have no hangups with it whatsoever. I tell everybody about it.
