SmartSurvey Pricing

Happy with the ease of use of this product, the underlying software is flexible and makes production of useful reports fairly easy.

Would prefer more options around free text reporting. The new pricing structure is a little more confusing and my costs went up upon migration from the legacy account.

Simple yet great application with exceptional ease of use and cost friendly. Results are available as soon as the survey is complete. User Interface is amazing and a piece of art. Customization in picking up the pattern is the best feature, you can customize your survey as per need, could be a ranking based survey or question answer based, or can get simple feedback. There are multiple themes available which lessen the work load. It is an amazing software.

It is very easy to set up a questionnaire, and there is a very good range of question types and answers. Images and video can be embedded in a question, broadening the design. When initially looking at options for an online survey tool, SmartSurvey offered by far the best service for a competitive price. When enquiring about the service the customer service answered all of our questions and we signed up with multiple accounts. Many people have accessed SmartSurvey and no one has had any difficulties in creating surveys or analyising them. The ease of use and expert customer support is great service.

Having used SmartSurvey for a number of years now we have not had any issue or found anything we 'least' like.

Customer service - quicker, more cohesive and proactive than other survey vendors we approached. The system is extremely easy to navigate and the option to use/view pre-populated questions was very useful. Data Output - the responses are very easy to read and quantify, meaning both at a glance and indepth analysis can be performed very quickly.

I'd perhaps like there to be more options for the background choices on the Pro version - as its designed for professional users I felt it would benefit from a greater range of choices. This was a minor complaint though !

Easy to use, great functionality and adding new features all the time. Multi-language support is great and the servers are in the UK so Safe Harbour isn't an issue.

It is very easy to use and set up. The different reports for looking at data is excellent.

Think it is expensive for a small primary school to use once or twice a year.

We have used other survey platforms before, but have found that smart survey offers the best value and is very user friendly. A great way to gather data and feedback. We will continue to use their service.

This software is extremely easy to use and set up. Overall we're very happy with it.

The reporting and downloads could be improved, but perhaps are better with a higher package, we have the basic.

We used this for a rapidly implemented survey. It was excellent - easy to set up, and the analytics in the Professional option are really very good and allowed for frequent non-expert review. Thoroughly recommend

It would be good to have better options for exporting only some responses or sorting responses/managing duplicates, but it was otherwise excellent and this is easily fixed in using Excel. Overall excellent software for the price

Intuitive survey design and very simple editing. Good reporting. User-friendly and easy to navigate. Paid options are pretty affordable.

Free option doesn't give you custom branding. It definitely takes time to figure out all of the features.

It was easy to use and to make changes when necessary. Easy to export data when survey was completed.

Little bit expensive without the student discount. Free version needs to be slightly more appealing to encourage others to then pay to subscribe
