    They are friendly and quick to respond with great follow up. Cant ask for any better in that department.
    I'd gladly love to contribute my "2 cents. A dear friend introduced me to this awesome communication tool for an online marketing business we worked on together.
    Great, will always use CallHub for campaigns. Love the API and ability to integrate with tools.
    Cons
    This is an impossible mistake. For example, a customer opened the call, hung up the call in the first 5 seconds and demands a fee for 1 minute from you.
    There has been 2 occasion where I send mass SMS and receivers didn't get me text but my account was charged.
    The software was VERY loud when the phone was plugged into headphone and it could not be turned down. The line was also weak so when people who were called picked up they often couldn’t hear.

    Makes phone banking seamless. Integrates well with CRMs such as nationbuilder. Easy to send out mass texts and also track them.

    Cons

    Users have to make individual accounts so it's cumbersome and sometimes the number being used gets recognized as spam

    Very Solid Auto Dialer/Great Customer Service

    9 out of 10 PLEASE APPLY MY 10 DOLLARS TO MY ACCOUNT.

    Pros

    ease of use and set up. I've had a very positive experience with your support staff. There are great. They are friendly and quick to respond with great follow up. Cant ask for any better in that department.

    Cons

    dialer picks up a lot of answering machines even when you tell it to hang up. I spoke with support and its normal. Also it seems expensive, it cost me 25 dollars to call 500 numbers. I think I'm going to have to look for a flat rate monthly dialer service.

    When it works, it works great

    I find that Callhub makes it easier to manage phone call campaigns and to get data back into our database, and it does so at a much more affordable rate than what I'd be paying otherwise. However my experience with them thus far has been hit or miss. I am actively researching competing options.

    Pros

    Callhub makes it very easy to get up and running with a calling campaign. I find the integration with Nationbuilder to be extremely useful.

    Cons

    Callhub failed when I needed it the most. In the middle of a campaign it took more than 20 minutes to connect a call or wouldn't connect at all. The issues persisted enough that we had to abandon using Callhub for our campaign. When I tried to troubleshoot the issue with their support team it took days to hear back from them.

    Appreciate the customer service and troubleshooting through issues in a timely manner.

    Cons

    The relational organizing tools needs some updates.

    Pay for what you get with Callhub

    Pros

    I get what I need without too much hassle and the customer service is surprisingly good.

    Cons

    The contact management is a little weak. DNC list does not easily transfer between campaigns even using the same list.
