What I love about the product is that it is easy for us who are new to accounting to use, but also robust enough that our treasure (CPA) is able to use it in more complex ways.

While this is not about the software, Oracle has been hiking up prices for the past few years, to the point that it's gotten costly. It might be a relevant barrier for smaller companies. Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.

Data entry is not fluid and constant delays in processing. We contacted MYOB support regarding this and "they are working on the problem" so it appears it is a common problem. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The cost did increase quite a bit over the 6 years I was using it but it is pretty relative to other accounting software available.

I tried it twice, went through a free trial, signed up again, and I still stopped again. I am giving them a good review because they have a nice product, and I actually really liked them. It breaks down Dollar Charges into many, many Cent Charges for some reason. If I have a Lowe's charge of $98.22, it will break it down into Cents ranging from 1to 91, it's crazy.

Salespeople do not like to complete 10+ steps just to save an action, they want to be selling. This allows you great CRM features that helps you in making your customer relationships better. Leads to make loyal customers and ultimately their contentment which leads too profit and progress. Some time ago we started using another tool and it should integrate with Dynamics. The problem is that a few years have passed and to date integration does not work very well.

Outstanding training tools; both video and knowledge base. Although not perfect, their email communication tool is solid. I love the reporting feature. The ability to report from all departments and being able to create a custom report has saved a TON of time.
