It just makes submitting reports easier and mistake free.

Pros

The app allows for photos to be taken of my receipts immediately uploading them to my account. No more losing or trying to find where a missing receipt can possibly be.

Cons

I only used it one a month - I have issues finding where to pull my amex bill to create a new report.

Easy to use, comprehensive reporting - it replaced a time-consuming manual system.

Intuitive design, easy to use, easy access on Windows, MAC and IOS devices.

Cons

Can be a bit too prescriptive, so care is needed in the initial set-up to ensure that expense entry is easy on mobile devices.

New user- freed from paper

Claimants and approvers all over APAC were buried under paper and glue sticks for a long time, until we were introduced to webexpenses. As a cloud based solution it offers the flexibility and speed that modern teams, constantly on the go, require and appreciate.

Pros

- Intuitive - Flexible claim submission on the go without losing the need for audit trail or policy compliance - Reduces opportunity cost by freeing up time locked away in a manual process - Good price point - quite a few solutions end up being a sledgehammer for a small nail. - Excellent support 24/5 - Good reporting suite

Cons

- too early to comment - whilst the sales interaction is great, it would be lovely to have continuous human interaction without tipping the price scales too much.

Improved the turnaround time of Employee expense claim process from creation to payment.

Employees can upload their own claim lines on the go with ease. The Support team very responsive support tickets and we have control on when they are set to closed.

When you come out of each line of the expense it returns you to the top of the list Receipts are added to the repository in a random order which makes them difficult to match Can be slow at times Reporting is really poor and been a detriment to the ROI that we might have got from the software

Love the ease of use for this system, especially with regards to importing several expenses from a corporate card automatically.

Once I understood the "correct" workflow , I find it very quick to input.

Pros

Easy to input receipt information, including uploading of receipts, tight integration with the mobile app.

Cons

In terms of completing Credit Card claims, some aspects of the workflow ie the process you are supposed to follow are not obvious or a bit confusing.

A really helpful tool!

We are saving loads of time by automating a lot of the data entry associated with expense claims.

Pros

Before a lot of my time was wasted on duplicating data entry, but now we are able to be completely paperless which both saves money on postage for the company and is good for the environment, and saves me time whilst making audits easier.

Cons

We have multiple organisations in Xero but we can only integrate with one of them.

Brilliant reporting software, very friendly and helpful staff, allows us as a company to run successful reports from the system to help us with month end tasks, budgeting tasks, forecasting tasks etc.

Pros

I like that the software is designed to meet the needs of customers and that the company listen to those customer needs and requirements and do their utmost to implement changes to meet these needs

Cons

There are some areas which could do with improving, for example, a drop down list of attendees, however, i believe alot of these are in the webexpenses pipeline
