ZarMoney is very easy to use and perfect for my small businesses. They quickly answered any questions I had although it was so fast and easy to setup so I didn't need much help.

My experience has been brilliant. Although started to use the application recently it was very easy to get used to it.

Customer service with these guys should be renamed to concierge, called me twice to make sure I understood what services they offer. I don’t get buried with nonsense emails or useless ads.

Unable to adequately adjust the dashboard display. No graphic display  of data or charts.

I love how detailed everything is and that you can customize so much. It does take a bit to set up when you have many SKU's, but that is with any software.

Check template is difficult to adjust. Some items are hard to change at setup.

I think the ease of set up, integrated logo into all quotes, invoices. Easy to put footnotes on both quotes and invoices.

I was extremely happy when I first started using ZarMoney to replace my QBO; however, I was quickly shutdown by their credit card processor.

Harmony accounting software is very easy to use

Excellent tool , easy to use, effective and when completed, the invoice emails directly to customer. Inexpensive and has great reporting functions as well. It has all you need for a small business.

we are very pleased with the system. We run two different business with same account system, and we never had any issue which was difficult to solve. Customer service team is very responsive and well informed.

Before ZarMoney, I was using one of the best software designed for my business. I switched to ZarMoney by a Friend's recommendation a couple years ago. It was the best change in my business. Much easier to work with, amazing features , very reasonable cost and most importantly an excellent customer service.

After extensive research and comparison with several web-based accounting programs, I narrowed down to 4 and then selected Zar Money. Understanding the program and setup was fairly straightforward, and the features offered and functionality was better than the competition. After using the program for awhile, however, some things became cumbersome to manage, such as  daily and journal entries and inventory management. On top of this, I was not satisfied with the inadequate display options for the dashboard. At this point I am still undecided on continued use of Zar Money when compared to the program I was already using.

                                                       When I was looking around for an accounting system that would suit my needs as a small business owner, I checked around and looked at a few other options, but I settled ZarMoney. And mainly because of a couple of reasons, one, it was something that was easy to use and understand. Two, the customer support, I felt was excellent in my dealings with them initially. It was affordable of course, and it was effective. In other words, it did the things that I needed such as invoicing, and billing, and reporting, which are some of the key functions that I needed and wanted in an accounting software program to get a hold of.
                                                       One of the key features and reasons why I selected ZarMoney was I really like their invoicing system in order to bill out to customers, the customization, the ability to add notes, and do different things for me was very instrumental in my decision making, in purchasing the ZarMoney software package.
                                                       I would say in all honesty, there's not a lot of things I don't like about ZarMoney. I think for me, sometimes, and it probably is my fault, I need a little more guidance in terms of resources. Maybe something online could be added when I'm in my system. And there might be some things, again, it could be operator error, but just a few more resources that I could quickly index and look at things that I might have questions on.
