Can't say enough good things. Absolutely love this software over all the competitors we've had in the past. Hands down the best out there for the price.
It may not be the "prettiest" but it is very user friendly and most importantly IT WORKS. Our company has been through 3 other software platforms over the last 8 years. All previous companies over promised and under performed. Do not be distracted by fancy software features. Those fancy features do not do you any good if the core software doesn't work. AxisCare works! No data loss, no saving issues, rarely down for maintenance and easy to navigate.
I really can't answer this question because AxisCare is always rolling out new functions and features and they listen to what their clients want. There have been multiple features our office has needed that were added within a few months. That's unheard of in this industry!

I has been really great, we looked at different options and AxisCare was the best without a doubt. Unmatchable Cost-Quality.
It is a very easy to use software, with complete features, and inexpensive for the quality we get.
I don't have anything yet. Maybe create an administrator view app to track reports

I love that everyone I speak with from the sales team to the support center always has your businesses best interest in mind! They are eager to help you however they can and always so friendly!
AxisCare has every feature you need to run your Home Care business. It is user friendly for my care team, and my clients families. It also syncs beautifully with Quickbooks. Scheduling is a breeze!
The training videos were helpful but they did not always line up with the current version of the software. That was confusing at times, but whenever I needed assistance I called customer service and they would walk me through whatever issue I was experiencing.

The scheduling feature is easy to use and understand. they will also integrate date from previous databases.
Really the worst part about there product is on the human side. Horrible customer service (if you can even speak with someone or if they return your calls) and they seem unwilling to accommodate to specific needs

Axis Care is a very accommodating company. They have worked with us since the beginning and have made many changes to our liking. I believe it could be more fluid, but I believe they are getting there. The staff is excellent and we enjoy working with them very much.
The OS is pretty simple They are willing to change the site to accommodate our needs Price Reports Phone App
It isn't as fluid as it could be, pages could work together more Care Note week and Billing week does not match and is a major annoyance (needs to be sun-sat and should have a bi-weekly option) Does not sync/update Home Care Pulse when cases end, even though the information is updated from our system Website is very hard to navigate on a phone when making changes

I signed up in December 2022 for a software application service in which I anticipated that, I will be getting some clients for in-home care serve. As this is what my business provides to seniors, Veterans and challenged individuals in my community. This is a Veteran own business and supporting the community is a big piece of what we do. Unfortunately, till date I haven't being able to get not one...
They are quick to ask for you to sign a contract that they will lock you in but not great customer service.
Horrible customer service experience specially from there higher ups. I will recommend to sign up as they will collect your money and tell you bye when you need some help with a little flexibility in understanding due to the state of the market and getting a Client/Caregivers. They will charge you regardless of your business position without providing and form of service as you are locked down by there contract. Do not make this mistake. All about money for them..

We feel for the price this could be a great product but the way the service is being handled has our company very concerned and we actually are looking for other products to replace this company.
The prodcut itself is not bad for the money but the service is terrible
The prodcut itself is not bad but they way the tickets are not handled, there is no trail t follow up. the forms dont work properly and they change our setting and funtions with out telling us causing issues for us and causing us to lose money. When we call and ask for a supervisor they will do everything to keep you from letting anyone know. I also have concerns about the billing and how its handled....

We have been using EVV long before Missouri Medicaid mandating and was happy that AxisCare made the cut and we were able to continue using.
The cost per client, the ease of use of the platform and the mobile app with geofencing.
I am not a fan of the built in CRM. I wish there were options for CRM integrations. I especially do not like how many clicks you have to do to send a message to one person. I hope there is an integration option coming soon as I hate having to work from multiple systems.

I could not be happier! I love this software, and my team members in all three offices do as well. New team members have been able to learn this system incredibly fast. I can't imagine us ever using anything else!
I love that it meets our needs in every way. It is easy to use. It is cloud based so it's function both inside and outside of the office. It's versatile and easy to customize. It's a great value. The customer service is off the charts incredible. I can't say enough good about it!
I want more reports... that's about it. They are continually surprising us as they adapt and grow, making it better and better all the time!

Horrible. The initial meeting with the sales rep was good but then as soon as he got the payment, he disappeared. The customer service team was not any better and they were rude to me. FYI, if you cancel before the end of your first 6 months (that you pay upfront for)you will not be refunded, even if it’s only been a month of service. Even if you repeatedly asked for the cancellation policy and nobody would give it to you, instead they ignored you, passed the buck, and got you frustrated until you canceled, not knowing they were going to keep hundreds of dollars from you which you rightfully deserve refunded.
The caregiver’s app is easy to download and use.
It is not user friendly at all. I’ve been using software for almost 17 yrs and all of them I have ever used I have been able to jump in and get to work. Not the case here. Making changes in the software was not easy either. I’ve used other software that was less expensive and much easier to use.

Overall, AxisCare has been a major value add for our business. We used to maintain paper records, and AxisCare allowed us to replace most of that system. We had reviewed five different CRM options before we decided to go with AxisCare and we have no regrets.
AxisCare is easy to use, provides great organization and well worth the price. The solutions has a professional appearance, and the layout is very intuitive to navigate. The system combines all aspects of the healthcare business, from marketing and tracking leads to managing client and caregiver information. AxisCare consistently makes updates to the system, making it even better with each release.
No particular issues with the product. Customer Service is pretty good, however, I have experienced times when follow up could have been more timely.

From the first week of operating within Axiscare it was clear that it had the simplicity and all the flexibility to accommodate future use. Any software that accommodate growth and flexibility is going far beyond competition. The support team and manager are very forthcoming with quick response time.
Multi platform use i.e. smartphone, tablets, desktop. Low cost to enter. Multi-user integration without jeopardising security. Contact with support, improvements made over time, Listens to input and accommodate for special changes to one client. Form creating possibilities (which can only get better as it is in Beta) Financial reports. Overall very easy to use.
Would like the phone app to be introduced to UK. Full integration with xero.com accounting software for invoicing.

The software has presented us with a one huge and a few minor challenges. Customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND and respected the position we were in during the major challenge. They understand the obligations that come with a customer service industry and responded as few companies do these days. I applaud the work they did to get us back up and running for a weekend of coverage. They continue to be very responsive to the minor glitches we have had of late and I have no doubt that they will stick with us until they figure it out. What more could you ask for in a technology company that is addressing the needs of a constantly changing industry?
The ratings we could find said what we needed to know and it fits our scheduling, reporting and documenting needs well.
Not thrilled with the cost because we don't utilize the whole package and would love to not pay for what we don't use. Also the current glitches we are experiencing are challenging our patience.

Great Value and we enjoy working with Axiscare!
- Very easy to use - Love that we can customize our forms and page view - Easy to pull reports related to billing or payroll - Scheduling has become way faster Axiscare is a must have for a growing business!
As an administrator it can be difficult to use on your phone. I wish there was an app for administrators that differs from the app used by caregivers. Would be easier to make schedule changes, notes etc. on the go.

Overall, everyone is very helpful when we have issues. I realize we are not using the tool to it's full potential, but we get the things we need working, and forget to explore expansion ideas.
The attribute functionality is fabulous. It lets us customize our list for our clients and caregivers to get the best match possible when scheduling. I also like the Scheduling functionality that lets me build schedules as far out as I need to.
Integration is an issue. I would love to have the ability to map AxisCare to our earnings codes in iSolved to automate that process for payroll. And I'm still having issues with QuickBooks Online sync re-creating my services with an account of "Cost of Goods Sold"

We have been using Axiscare for well over two years faithfully, and have enjoyed the process. We hope to continue learning and growing with the software for years to come.
Axiscare provides a ton of excellent features that offers a seamless way to integrate your business with online software. Coming from Staffing, our team has grown exponentially with the help of this tool.
The software was developed for a specific niche market, so if you are hoping to utilize Axiscare for your own different industry, there will be some technical limitations as it simply was not created for all users in mind.

The price of the product is very good for a small company like myself. We have used it for several years now since start up and have had positive results. The app on the phone for Electronic Verification is very important to us and shows our credibility to everyone.
We can have our caregivers and clients in one place as well as billing and payroll. This is a huge benefit when tracking all your employees and clients.
Wish to be able to add certain fields that are unique to my company. Wish I can run certain reports in a more friendly version.

Customer service department has been very responsive to our needs. They have worked hard to get us to where we can import payroll seamlessly with our payroll provider.
Easy to use Visual aids make it very easy to scan the schedule quickly to see where your immediate needs are. Customer service is great New features being added based on customer feedback
Some features are slightly behind a couple of the competitors (this gap is closing quickly) Cost is slightly higher than some of the competitors with comparable products

I would like to see if we could get an option for the client to sign on the app before the caregiver clocks out if need be. We have a few that will let the caregiver leave early and I have to clock them out from the office but then we don't have a signature.
I came to work with a new company and no one really understood the software even tho they had been trained. I was able to figure out the system on my own and guide them through it. I find it very user friendly. The majority of the caregivers really like the app and being able to see their schedules and the messaging system.
I was unaware of the price structure and that we are charged for clients over 20. I would like to be able to have all clients on as active and be able to put our facility hours that we staff on as well but it cost to much to have that many clients in as active.

I helped implement AxisCare with my former employer. Its user friendly interface and robust data reporting impressed me. After getting all our clients and caregivers into the system I just can't imagine ever using anything different for scheduling! From hiring to staffing to billing - AxisCare simplifies it all, which is why as I currently work to start my own agency I'm using them from the very beginning. I'm confident it will allow me to focus on growth and quality rather than busy work and administrative tasks. As they say..."Time is Money!"
Very user friendly. Simplifies scheduling. Streamlines billing and payroll.
Higher cost than other software. The functionality makes it worthwhile, but it definitely comes with a cost.

Very satisfied with Axiscare as a whole. It helps with the important things like scheduling, keeping contacts, and setting appointments. We acknowledge not all the features are used, but we enjoy the ones we do employ.
Clean interface, scheduling with ease, despite issues that may comes up they respond rather quickly with fixes. Plus they are always making small and important improvements. Oh, and I forgot very affordable!
Don't like the interface on my phone, though there is a caregiver clock in features, which amazing, wish there was a mobile feature to run my office on the smartphone so I don't have to rely on the webpage.

Like: good customer support, easy to use, not too expensive, has all the necessary fields, no unnecessary "bells and whistles"
least: not very functional, not very flexible. Hard recommendations: - Exports should be more user friendly, provide information, sometimes it is just like downloading words, not data which can be sorted upon. - wish could send caregivers emails/texts from their profile, not need to go out to caregiver list - wish we were not so restricted in the texts - program "kicks us out" without the user being aware, and then when we hit "save" it is NOT saved, because Axis had already kicked us out. - more flexibility in terms of creating our own reporting, screens - there should be an identifier in caregiver, which should be a column in caregiver list, indicating which caregivers are actually working that week

I've been using their services for my healthcare agency since 2014. I would say they are very personable and quick to respond. They have evolved and stayed on top of the healthcare management info trends and I believe they will continue to do greater things. After I decided to close my agency, they were able to accommodate a lower affordable rate to keep my client files in their system. We started off with just 2 clients, we learned a lot, then we kept adding more clients on, each and every month. The entire experience was awesome!
Price & Capabilities.... the software does more than we need. The affordable solution was the hook but again the capabilities set it apart from everyone else!
Seriously, can't really comment on this, there simply is nothing to say. Even when our team neglected to understand a function, the company customer service was great! In fact, Sydney and Lauren are my 'go to girls' at AxisCare... not too many companies can be that focused, we love it!

A very affordable and easy to use Home Care Management tool, it has all of the essential features and they are committed to updating it on a regular basis
They are missing certain split billing and Medicaid billing features that would help a lot and they ten to collaborate only with third party vendors that are very expensive compared to alternatives
