One of the best things about Axiscare is that they have really responsive and helpful support staff. We have been in need of frequent help, and they have provided that in spades.

There was not a lot of training for administrators and/or users. Also, there is no way to correct mistakes on entries.

I dislike the fact that the alerts do not send reminders outside of you having to fetch them on the "Alerts" tab. If you have an important alert coming up, there is no way to set a reminder.

So far, it has almost all capabilities that I can see a need for...& what’s not quite integrated yet, it seems they’re always working on those types of improvements.

We feel for the price this could be a great product but the way the service is being handled has our company very concerned and we actually are looking for other products to replace this company.

Poor. I do not recommend. I've worked on Generations & CareSmartz360. Both are significantly better and less costly. 

Ridiculous $1800 Termination Fee -

We regret we did not meet your expectations. 
I reviewed the support tickets you sent in. In most cases, our support team responded immediately or sent you an immediate follow up. I noted a few instances where we did not follow up in a timely manner. We have addressed this internally. 
I understand your dissatisfaction with how AxisCare sends over invoices to QuickBooks Desktop. Our customers who use QBD generally use QBD custom invoices to meet their invoice needs, or they use AxisCare's built-in invoices, which have many customizable options and a professional layout. 
We also understand your frustration regarding the early termination fee. However, the contract you signed with us clearly states that early termination obligates you to payment of the remainder of the minimum monthly fee for the remainder of the annual contract.

 I have wasted up to an hour trying to input the same information over and over.  Sometimes the input is eventually accepted-sometimes not. I work for a small non-profit agency and my supervisors have better things to do than act as tech support for Axiscare. Axiscare is being short-sighted by not to support end users more directly and not adding end user accessible troubleshooting features.

In addition, we have live Support Chat available from any page in AxisCare. Simply go to the "?" icon at top right, click on it and put in a search team. The system will show a "Live Chat" button if you are unable to find a support article corresponding to your search or if you simply want to proceed to a live chat right away, just click on the button. Unfortunately, for caregivers, we do not offer direct support at this time. This is due to security surrounding personnel issues. Please have them contact your staff who can then reach out to our Support directly. Thank you again for being a valued AxisCare customer and we hope your future experience is better. 

Horrible. The initial meeting with the sales rep was good but then as soon as he got the payment, he disappeared. The customer service team was not any better and they were rude to me. FYI, if you cancel before the end of your first 6 months (that you pay upfront for)you will not be refunded, even if it’s only been a month of service. Even if you repeatedly asked for the cancellation policy and nobody would give it to you, instead they ignored you, passed the buck, and got you frustrated until you canceled, not knowing they were going to keep hundreds of dollars from you which you rightfully deserve refunded.

It's been a good experience but hard to use at first. Over time it became eerier just by trail and error

Using Axis Care

I have had a fantastic experience with Axis Care my company now runs about 10 different sites from Axis Care. Everyone from the sales team to support have always been great! I have had a  few issues with people responding in a timely fashion but for the most part it has been a great experience.

Excellent software

We use AxisCare exclusively for both our Caregiver and Client experiences and documentation. Other than a few hiccups when we initially set our system up, AxisCare has been there the whole journey with us. When we have questions or need clarification with a specific feature, the Customer Support Team has been easy to work with.

Many features can be improved but not done.

The software improvement is slow or is not coming.  After wating more than six months, I give up suggesting any further need for software improvments.

It’s our goal to continuously improve our product, and we do so by listening to what our agencies need and making every effort to meet those needs. Notices of upcoming enhancements are found in the Announcements area in the top right menu bar of AxisCare. I sent you a message and look forward to connecting and hearing your thoughts on ways that we can improve AxisCare.

It would be really nice if there was easy training available for our office staff, new employees, etc. Also, if we could be notified of changes WELL before they are put into effect, that would be really helpful.

Constant Changes w/o Notice

You mentioned a few things that were creating a negative experience for you, and I wanted to make sure we address them. We do make training available any time to new (and existing) office staff should you need it. Simply call or email support and we’ll be happy to help. We are also developing a library of Help Desk articles that will be available 24/7, as well as hosting a bi-monthly Continuing Education webinar. Lastly, we will be releasing how-to videos (for those visual learners out there) to help users understand how to use AxisCare even more.
Regarding the changes/enhancements, we release updates every 3 weeks after rigorous beta testing. It’s our goal to continuously improve our product so that agencies can be more productive moving through the system. We send coming soon release notes, release how-to videos on major updates and offer free ongoing support and training to help navigate these updates. These notices are found in the Announcements area in the top right menu bar. Please let us know if you have trouble finding them and we’ll be happy to help.

I'm not sure if it is iPad specific, but I find that inputting notes (marketing plan...call log....) while in the field is so slow that I simply don't do it anymore. I still LOVE having access to all the information in the field and wouldn't do away with my iPad for that reason--because the size of the information is so much more readable in size and ability to "click" on what I need.
