PEAK 15 Systems is a cloud-based platform built specifically for multi-day tour operators, not a generic CRM adapted for travel. Founded in 2005, PEAK 15 Systems connects trip planning, CRM, operations, and accounting in one system of record, replacing spreadsheets and disconnected tools with a single source of truth.
Users can access personalized customer profiles, vendor services, sample itineraries, templates, and inventory to create custom itinerary proposals or manage scheduled group departures. Configurable automation handles task assignment, payment reminders, document collection, and inquiry routing, adapting to each operator's own business rules rather than forcing operators to conform to the software.
Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, PEAK 15 Systems is API-first, connecting natively or via Zapier to tools including HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp, QuickBooks, Sage, RightRez (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), Power BI, Stripe, and PEAK 15 Systems Pay. Real-time reporting and dashboards support faster business decisions, from lead conversion to revenue and vendor performance.
Every subscription includes hands-on support, training, and account management. PEAK 15 Systems serves multi-day tour operators, DMCs, active and adventure travel companies, leisure travel agencies, inbound operators, and small-ship and expedition cruise operators across the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Plans start at $300 per month across three tiers, Kilimanjaro, Denali, and Everest.
