For short-term vacation rental property hosts, Properly provides a changeover management tool with features to facilitate the organization, scheduling, and monitoring of property changeovers. To help hosts find the best person for the job, Properly gives users access to an extensive global marketplace of experienced hospitality cleaners, each with a profile outlining their experience, location, and availability. Visual checklists can be generated to give cleaners clear step-by-step instructions on which tasks need to be carried out, while visual pointers change to reflect the completion of tasks in real time. Integrated photo capture and upload means that cleaners can provide visual evidence of their completed tasks.

Property managers and hosts can schedule changeovers and cleaning jobs using the Properly web or mobile app and integrate with listing platforms such as Airbnb and HomeAway to schedule services based on their bookings calendar. Cleaners can notify hosts instantly if they find any damages when cleaning a property, with images attached, so that visitors can be charged accordingly.

Integrate with listing platforms such as Airbnb and HomeAway, PMS solutions such as Orbirental and BookingSync, iCal for calendar management, and channel managers like Rentals United to synchronize booking data.

Manage service schedules from the calendar tab and synchronize with booking systems to ensure that changeover slots are highlighted and filled with a service. The calendar displays property bookings as well as scheduled cleaning or maintenance with color coding for pending, accepted, active, or finished services.
