Pros

Easy to use, straight forward to train with new employees.

Cons

Some of the functions are not there or available such as being able to block certain rooms from room charging if they dont provide pre auth.

Ups and Downs to RMS

Pros

clean screen and in and out screen are easy to view and understand what is happening in house. Fairly user friendly and I like how their are multiple ways to do one thing.

Cons

The billing side of RMS is functional. "no funds available error message" Having to void off charges to be able to refund a card to then having to "create rate" to repost is not efficient at all. Not being able to exceed sales cap Not being able to tokenize something and pre auth at the same time. Looks bad when swiping guest card twice. Group allotments and pulling report are never accurate. A lot of room for errors with group reservations Glitchy system. Rates randomly change causing multiple billing issues.
