Super easy to use, great dashboard that gives you all the info you need, great customer service, it really helped us get out events organised with all the features that it offers.
When searching for a series of events, once you click on one and leave, you are taken back to the menu page and have to start the search again, which can be frustrating.
I like how easy it is to use and all the features are well suited for our needs. It really helps when you can set up a course in 5 minutes, especially if you have 250 a year.
When searching courses by a key word, it doesn't give you the option to open it in a new tab. If I selected the wrong one, it doesn't open the same search term - instead, I have to search again.
Intuitive, responsive, great layout, easy to use. Planning events/classes is a breeze and built in auto emails to attendees with reminders is fantastic.
Thank you Arlo team for support and all your hard work. The negative experience (insignificant though).
The mobile app is super handy for checking on things from off site. The automated communication feature save time and improve the professionalism.
Email addresses are not transferred to other sections of the system. No users at present everyone is an administrator.
I also like the features that are from time to time implemented, but you are always given the chance to review these changes before they are implemented.
The articles on the support page are great, I find it very easy to follow the instructions and discover new features of the software.

It integrates the most features into what I want while giving me a ton of freedom to create the course how I want, to make my course look awesome, to integrate tons of media types.
But lack of student authentication leaves me no choice but to find another platform elsewhere. Stubborn developers dont think its important.
They have constantly improved the platform and have gone the extra mile to help make our school successful with professional development offerings. We couldn't be more happy with our LMS selection.
They are aware of the problem and said it was forwarded to the development team but no solution has come about.
LearnWorlds has afforded me the opportunity to market my own courses at an affordable price, which helps me to beat my competitors pricing.
The dev team couldn't answer my question --- and they CC'd my client which made things totally awkward.
The option to create interactive videos is very good, as well as the integration it has with other software such as Google Drive, Calendly and Zoom. The customer service is another highlight.
Then once you're invested they ignore you and spend their time trying to grow their business model with new clients.
Overall, I love this company. We are very happy with the platform.

It is easy to download and setup. The quality of sound is great and if you need to call in it is very easy.
I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.
My overall experience with GoToWebinar has been really satisfactory and it has been a good experience. The audio and video quality is good and the provided controls is also very useful.
Every meeting I have had has had sound issues during which people are cut off or I miss what they are saying.
The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.
Poor video and call quality, was difficult to hear conversations properly due to a poor delay.
The connectivity is great and the quality is in line with expectations. Would recommend using it if you need to organize a webinar with more than 50 attendees.
Also, some users encountered issued with sound, this was mainly due to a bad internet connection.
This software have great services like screen sharing , International dial in number , 24*7 Customer care and the best is recording. Which we can use later on to review the important points.
With the good network connection you will get a video with good call quality and clear vision. It allows to record the sessions which is beneficial for offine works.
It's quite seamless and has a lot of great features for a good experience. I also like that its free to use and you can even record the training sessions.
My favorite features are all of the ease of use with the setup of a virtual meeting and clarity of the picture.

The reliability of this LMS, the ease of its use and navigation, as well as the fact that I almost never get calls from my clients with "systems issues", makes this an absolutely outstanding product.
When you make updates to content (videos or assessments) I have seen a few occasions when the user is supposed to have to re-take the test or course and they cannot. Essentially they are stuck.
The SAML SSO integration was fairly easy and support was very attentive. Our Customer Success Specialist has been very helpful and provided a great plan for us to get started.
I can’t say that I have a negative thing to say about LearnUpon.
I then came across LearnUpon and was blown away with its ease of use, great features, great personal service, and extremely competitive pricing.
Sometimes it is time-consuming, or difficult, to communicate and resolve a problem in writing.
It is easy to use, has a number of very helpful automated features which save me time and effort, and it integrates well with my authored content. The second benefit is the Learnupon staff.
The tool is excellent and meets all the needs we identified in our acquisition process... but the customer support is what has made it a great decision.
Our decision was made several years go. Since signing on with LearnUpon, I have had the pleasure of communicating with several staff members in various scenarios, and all of them are great.
Their technical support team is extremely responsive and helpful, as is our dedicated CSM.
They score a 10 every time with their customer service. I have watched this LMS grow from good to great over the years with new features being added constantly.
The ease of use on both the administrator and user side is fabulous.

Integrations with other tools are superb. It is especially easy to embed widgets from third parties to Acadle courses, making lessons particularly interactive and attractive.
I think that's a shame because we then have to delete our customers to make room for new users (because of the user limit). If customers then choose a new course later, a new account must be created.
So far Acadle has enough solid features at an affordable price and an active developer, so I am happy with the product and optimistic for the future.

After trying several other course software builders, I found this one to be enjoyable to use because of the simplicity of the UI and ease in finding the tools I need.
What I like most is the ease of use, the clear and informative dashboard and also the options to "gamify" making the courses I create more engaging to a wider audience.

I love the intuitive User Interface and the ease of setting up courses.
I switched from my old LMS in HOURS to DAYS (not days to weeks if you know what I mean). Really good product to recommend creators similar to me.
Integration with other products has been fabulous, now that is agile and Acadle might be a future term used for "Agile Learning.
There goes Acadle - simple and reliable white labelled LMS for creators like me and you. You can check the product before you buy and you WILL SEE the difference.
Acadle makes it very simple to set up a course. It also has built in community feature which is wonderful.
Integrations with other tools are superb. It is especially easy to embed widgets from third parties to Acadle courses, making lessons particularly interactive and attractive.
I think that's a shame because we then have to delete our customers to make room for new users (because of the user limit). If customers then choose a new course later, a new account must be created.
So far Acadle has enough solid features at an affordable price and an active developer, so I am happy with the product and optimistic for the future.
There's no way to translate the backend / dashboard.
As a coach for children & parents, I wanted something simple yet engaging. As an Acadle Pro subscriber, I am super happy about the interface and the functionality.
Initially found it difficult to find the login page on mobile.
Super easy to use, I get enough credits for my students, and cheaper than what I've seen on the market. Also customer service is great.
I havent found anything that I dislike so far but I am still waiting to roll it out fully.

The platform is fairly intuitive from an admin perspective and offers a good end user experience. The Thrive team are great to work with, very responsive and super helpful.
Having to go through each user is laborious and I would really loathe this job with more than 150 employees.
Pretty good— great customer service, love the recent accessibility additions, make reports better ☺️.
Personally i think maybe cheat sheet maker but thats really the only negative thing about it.
The training we had as well was fantastic and showed loads of ways of making learning fun and interactive.
Looking back, if we still had a traditional LMS, we would have struggled to offer some of the learning interventions that we have been able to host on Thrive.
I enjoyed the buying experience and how easy it was to install onto LMS. The feedback from the organisation has been positive and they like how interactive the e-learning is.
There are no obvious cons from the Thrive content that come to mind.
Great team , very responsive and friendly. The content packages were straightforward to load and competitively priced.
Thrive are a friendly business to work with. They've been interested in how they can help us improve and have designed some brilliant content to support our employees.
The customer service with Thrive is really good, issues are normally resolved within a day and they are always happy to set up a call.
Thanks to Thrive, our team members can easily share content, engage with each other and complete key learning on a platform they love.
Look and feel is really key as it needs to be enticing. This is what first got me super excited about Thrive.
Their content works with our LMS without issue. We did our shopping, they're the best value for money on the market of this quality.
Thrive manages to deliver on both and provided a great LMS integration tool that took the pain out of implementation. Our platform is easy to use, easy to manage and saved us money in the process.
Through some difficult times for us all, the team were still there when we needed them, supporting us with great content for our staff and our dealer network.
It hides a lot of its complexity, such as AI and analytics with a user friendly interface that people get to grips with quickly as it's remeniscent of modern day tools like Amazon.
The app integrations with Slack and MS Teams are some of the best I've seen in the industry and there constantly looking at new ways of making accessing content and sharing knowledge even easier.
