Microsoft's email system is one of the best solutions out there. Microsoft does a very thorough job fine tuning Outlook and what you use is one of the best email platforms out there. I also really like that you can remote login into any device on your network when you use Microsoft products like Outlook. If you get a new laptop or tablet, you can still sign in with your Microsoft credentials and find your Outlook the exact same way.
Microsoft is not cheap. Yes, Outlook is robust but Microsoft is very expensive, especially when you compare it to its main competitors like Google or iCloud. Microsoft also doesn't have a lot of native tools that help with data analytics but they do offer it on their dashboards. If you use Microsoft and want data to support any finance, IT, or really any business decision, you will likely need to purchase a separate software tool and integrate it so you can use Outlook and get helpful and meaningful data that you can use and explain what is going on to the rest of your business.

Overall, it is a great product packed with capabilities and is constantly improving by the day. It forms the foundation for any successful work environment and the parent company Microsoft is very good about listening to their users feedback and offering solutions in a timely manner as well.
I'm going to begin with the ease of use and how there is virtually no connectivity issues. Some of my favorite features are the integrations with other tools in the Microsoft Suite like Teams, SharePoint, Delve, Analytics, Stream, OneDrive etc. I love the calendar capabilities and scheduling assistant that quickly helps me find available times. The search bar is excellent and returns valuable and accurate...
Grouping emails is still pretty difficult and manual. If outlook would create themes or containers based on the content in the email or the subject line, it would make it more easier for me to prioritize. Also which emails need my attention immediately vs the ones that can wait a bit longer. I've had a lot of trouble with rescheduling meetings and that sending the right timely updates to the invitees. Sometimes it is delayed and sometimes never goes out and Outlook sometimes does have some syncing issues as well. Creating signatures for different purposes was also slightly difficult. No way to unsend an email still and that would be helpful.

I feel MS Office is the best choice for a business. It is more secure than having a Google email account for your business and looks more professional.
MS Apps, along with a central calendar and a user-friendly email system, make this program worth the cost. The options to sort emails, the notification process, the ability to add tasks, as well as other apps from the MS family, makes it easier to handle your standard business needs.
Rules management is one of the most difficult items to use in MS Outlook. Once everything was set up, I thought the respective emails would automatically move to the folder created for them, but I guess I missed something in the setup. I don't know how to fix it and the help options really didn't answer my questions on this one.

Overall, Outlook offers both incredible web and mobile experiences. The ability to switch between devices on the platform is incredibly seamless. Our company uses Outlook the most out of any other email / communication tool and we are extremely pleased with the platform. We are a large international organization and Outlook offers incredible stability and reliability for communicating across continents!
Microsoft Outlook does a really great job of offering one of the most expansive user experiences out there. One can customize their inbox in a myriad of ways and set up automations in order to make workflow more productive. The tool offers extensive ways to communicate information, schedule meetings, and integrate other business tools within the platform. Furthermore, being able to organize an inbox or inboxes is very easy and efficient.
Microsoft Outlook is incredibly expansive. Therefore, it takes quite a bit of time in order to fully explore all the possibilities. Furthermore, menus can be a bit confusing for new end-users. I would recommend each business to spend ample time fully training-out end-users in the tool in order to fully gain the benefits from the service. I think there is a lot of value that can be lost when Outlook is used for the sole purpose of emailing.

using this from way back in 2009, I feel like this is legacy software that you cannot get rid of.
ability to compile really good and professional emails, fast and responsive and low tasking on the cpu considering the capability.
the micro lags that take place when searching old emails, plus proper email tracking and internal bulk sending.

In the course of using Microsoft Outlook, I've learned a great deal about how to be more productive. In the future, I'm excited to see what they come up with!
One of the most comprehensive user experiences may be found in Microsoft Outlook. In order to streamline productivity, one may configure their inbox in a variety of ways and set up automations. Information may be sent, meetings can be scheduled, and other business tools can be integrated with this technology. Additionally, keeping an inbox or inboxes organized is a snap.
Microsoft Outlook has a wide range of features. As a result, thoroughly investigating all of the options requires some time. Additionally, the menus might be a little difficult for novice users to understand. In order to get the most out of the service, I propose that each company invest a significant amount of time training its end users. It's possible to lose a lot of value if Outlook is used just for emailing.

Outlook is a cool email tool. Especially the design is way better than with gmail. It also is very basic in its functionality and hence it is fairly easy to use, even if you are not an experienced PC user. The fact that you can choose from several domains when opening the account is yet another advantage. In addition, the Outlook account serves as a Microsoft Account and can also be used with Windows Phone and Windows 8 / Windows 10 computers for better integration.
Compared to gmail, Outlook is very slim when it comes to functionality. In addition, the adverts are more obstrusive than with Gmail. There is an option, to get an ad-free version of Outlook, but it appears to be fairly expensive, considered what you get. Customer Service from Microsoft is yet another issue. Other than that, great tool.

I have multiple accounts for personal use and a company account as well. Very clean and quick interface, have never really had any problems personally. No reason not to use it for personal, and from what I remember from an old company, it doesn't cost much for a work account.
Ease of use, it's mobile apps are easy to use, especially for just your regular inbox, and the interface with the PC version are super super simple. When you are using the PC app you can just drag attachments right off your E-mail to download them to your desktop, and drag them right back to upload.
Sometimes E-mails from people I obviously want to show up in focused will go to junk, or unfocused.

my overall experience with outlook has been positive. I have probably used other email handling software or systems out there but haven't found anything that was so impactive.
Outlook is one of the tools without which none of my work in the job can be possible. I use it to be able to collaborate with colleagues and also manage my schedule and setup meetings with colleagues. The tool helps keep me accountable with timeliness and alerts.
There are so many different features in outlook but a lot of them are not very intuitive and difficult to find and thus provide no value especially without much of customer support or help.

Great. Have been using Outlook for more than 20 years and there is no reason to switch to anything else. Gets better and better. Cost quickly adds up when you have a bigger team, but if you break down the cost by each team member, its cost effective. MS support is quick and efficient too, can be done via chat or phone.
Everything! Very easy to use, best email solution for individual or team - big or small. Excellent features, lots of functions for an administrator, lots of integration and customization options, etc.
Nothing. We do not use rules, or some other features as much. But inbox management, calendar is flawless.

Outlook email - I am using outlook as my primary personal email. I have also used outlook software for my official email . I am happy with both. My personal email account with Microsoft, I consider to be very safe, that I use it mainly for my financial transactions.
We can have stylized email rather than plain text. Adding pictures, other attachments is very easy. Both web interface and software are equally good. Skype chat is also possible directly from the browser
Outlook software cost is higher for individuals. Hence for personal use we rely only on web interface.

With the ever-changing and improving technology, Microsoft has to make a whole product update and call it Outlook now. Their online emailing service works great, nice user interface, great organization of useful features and nice to be able to change setting to make it more personalized
Outlook has great features but when it comes to using it with other Microsoft or Office products, those products are not free and not cheap. Therefore, it makes it difficult to work on products collaboratively. It is technically a basic communication tool.

I had a Great experience using Microsoft Outlook email services.
I have been using Microsoft Outlook for many years now for my office work. It's very easy to use and organize and access your email, calendar events, contacts, and tasks in a single program. You can easily integrate various tools with Outlook which makes email sending and writing very easy.
Only paid users can access the Desktop app and other features, and it's expensive. Also, it takes some IT expertise to set up or troubleshoot the program.

It is our primary emailing software in my organization because of all the extra features provided by microsoft. one of the best feature in outlook is we can send an email from outlook to a teams individual chat or to channel . the calendar integration also provides a lot of value to this software.
Mostly i dont have any issue but sometimes when i send an email with multiple attachments the extension of one item changes automatically i tried connecting about this issue with support but they had no idea why i was facing this issue.

Microsoft has done a swell job of making it easy to use email, providing tools which are intuitive to use and get the job done. The interface with swipe right or left funcationality, focused email, powerful search and calendaring make it my go to tool.
As Microsoft often does, make changes to their product without warning or insight. In the pace to keep their product relevant it happens, doesn’t prevent using it however it is irksome.

I love it's integration with Word to send multiple email to tons of people. It saves me hours of hours of repetitive work that could cost me a lot.
Some configuration settings are difficult to manage, at least for less experienced users. Some things that should not be a problem can become real issues like servers config.

Outlook is synced across devices. The calendar is a great feature. Meet up is easy to use. Great for meetings at work and communicating. Outlook accesses my calendar across devices and reminds me.
Outlook is a bit expensive compared with other web based mail.

it will be most suitable if you are using Microsoft office and other solutions from Microsoft.
As a software it is very good option. Nice looking UI, user friendly, good email management, directly integrated in Microsoft office.
Its is more expensive than competitors. If storage is running low you will get more spam like notifications about storage running low.
