Universal Mailbox MS Outlook

Reviewed a year ago

Whether professional or non-professional, MS Outlook is much more than a mailbox that provides solutions by controlling all your processes. It is a professional software that compiles, collects and organizes all mails in the digital world. In addition to all these, it also has a structure that protects my data in the background that it does not see on the forehead. I can access my e-mails instantly from wherever I want, and I can manage automatic e-mails when I cannot access them. Thanks to the quick rules, I can group or share the work plan. Moreover, thanks to its powerful reminder and calendar, I can manage my current agenda. Backing up my data to portable media has never been faster. Plugins, files are very simple and easy with just drag and drop.

Pros

With its advanced interface design, easy adaptation and transition to use is great. Ability to manage all my emails online and offline. Online instant access from anywhere I want thanks to local or cloud-based mail storage. Combining many features such as my mail, contacts, calendars, groups in one place. While saving time, the protection of all my e-mails is guaranteed with MS security. ...

Cons

Basically I can't find any description for MS Outlook to write negatively. In fact, the problems experienced in the past are completely resolved every day, providing a new user experience. It quickly adapts itself to the developing world. We no longer experience the problems we experience especially in the swelling storage area.

The email software enhanced by the MS Office suite

Reviewed a year ago
Pros

Emails and contacts are synced seamlessly across my devices. Integration with other video collaboration and to-do programs is readily there. The price is also reasonable, given that I got it as part of my MS Office subscription.

Cons

Searching is not always exhaustive (this can sometimes be solved by trying a different keyword or weirdly enough, switching to the web version). Sent notification is pretty obscure. Very rarely, I send an email, believing that it has already been sent, only to discover the next time I check that it's still in my outbox.

Its still one of the things Microsoft do best...

Reviewed 5 months ago

Since launching my own small business, Office365 has been a product that offers consistent value, reliability and without crazy price gouging. I looked at Google originally but this has been worth every dollar spent since I started.

Pros

Microsoft Outlook for Mac no longer feels like the poor cousin - its a full-featured, stable and secure email management platform and as part of the Office365 suite its perfect in my small business scenario. I have very few issues with it, and I know I can rely on it to keep my business communications well-organised and consistent.

Cons

The HTML formatting for Mac is still a fraction hit and its, but it does emails and email management well.

Truly an enterprise level communications solution, much more than just emails!

Reviewed 4 years ago

Overall, it is a great product packed with capabilities and is constantly improving by the day. It forms the foundation for any successful work environment and the parent company Microsoft is very good about listening to their users feedback and offering solutions in a timely manner as well.

Pros

I'm going to begin with the ease of use and how there is virtually no connectivity issues. Some of my favorite features are the integrations with other tools in the Microsoft Suite like Teams, SharePoint, Delve, Analytics, Stream, OneDrive etc. I love the calendar capabilities and scheduling assistant that quickly helps me find available times. The search bar is excellent and returns valuable and accurate...

Cons

Grouping emails is still pretty difficult and manual. If outlook would create themes or containers based on the content in the email or the subject line, it would make it more easier for me to prioritize. Also which emails need my attention immediately vs the ones that can wait a bit longer. I've had a lot of trouble with rescheduling meetings and that sending the right timely updates to the invitees. Sometimes it is delayed and sometimes never goes out and Outlook sometimes does have some syncing issues as well. Creating signatures for different purposes was also slightly difficult. No way to unsend an email still and that would be helpful.

Microsoft Outlook is great to use

Reviewed 2 years ago
Pros

Microsoft's email system is one of the best solutions out there. Microsoft does a very thorough job fine tuning Outlook and what you use is one of the best email platforms out there. I also really like that you can remote login into any device on your network when you use Microsoft products like Outlook. If you get a new laptop or tablet, you can still sign in with your Microsoft credentials and find your Outlook the exact same way.

Cons

Microsoft is not cheap. Yes, Outlook is robust but Microsoft is very expensive, especially when you compare it to its main competitors like Google or iCloud. Microsoft also doesn't have a lot of native tools that help with data analytics but they do offer it on their dashboards. If you use Microsoft and want data to support any finance, IT, or really any business decision, you will likely need to purchase a separate software tool and integrate it so you can use Outlook and get helpful and meaningful data that you can use and explain what is going on to the rest of your business.

MIcrosoft Outlook the email client

Reviewed 13 days ago

I may say Microsoft Outlook is mandatory if you have a business email and send and receive a lot of mails. I think it's the best email client, you can manage all your emails is a very smart way; the interface is clean and intuitive. You can create your own folders and add rules to them to organize the messages. There are a lot of addons for Outlook for a useful integration with most used (third party) programs. The calendar will help you to schedule your appointments, meetings and task to do. If you need information you will easily find the answer on internet. It's worth the price!

Pros

Easy to use Lot of support and informations Lot of addons

Cons

You need a license I don't like some layout changes of features

MS Outlook

Reviewed a year ago

I feel MS Office is the best choice for a business. It is more secure than having a Google email account for your business and looks more professional.

Pros

MS Apps, along with a central calendar and a user-friendly email system, make this program worth the cost. The options to sort emails, the notification process, the ability to add tasks, as well as other apps from the MS family, makes it easier to handle your standard business needs.

Cons

Rules management is one of the most difficult items to use in MS Outlook. Once everything was set up, I thought the respective emails would automatically move to the folder created for them, but I guess I missed something in the setup. I don't know how to fix it and the help options really didn't answer my questions on this one.

Microsoft Outlook Is An Expansive Professional Collaboration Tool With Room to Scale.

Reviewed 5 years ago

Overall, Outlook offers both incredible web and mobile experiences. The ability to switch between devices on the platform is incredibly seamless. Our company uses Outlook the most out of any other email / communication tool and we are extremely pleased with the platform. We are a large international organization and Outlook offers incredible stability and reliability for communicating across continents!

Pros

Microsoft Outlook does a really great job of offering one of the most expansive user experiences out there. One can customize their inbox in a myriad of ways and set up automations in order to make workflow more productive. The tool offers extensive ways to communicate information, schedule meetings, and integrate other business tools within the platform. Furthermore, being able to organize an inbox or inboxes is very easy and efficient.

Cons

Microsoft Outlook is incredibly expansive. Therefore, it takes quite a bit of time in order to fully explore all the possibilities. Furthermore, menus can be a bit confusing for new end-users. I would recommend each business to spend ample time fully training-out end-users in the tool in order to fully gain the benefits from the service. I think there is a lot of value that can be lost when Outlook is used for the sole purpose of emailing.

When it comes to professional collaboration, Microsoft Outlook is a powerful tool with plenty of wig

Reviewed 2 years ago

In the course of using Microsoft Outlook, I've learned a great deal about how to be more productive. In the future, I'm excited to see what they come up with!

Pros

One of the most comprehensive user experiences may be found in Microsoft Outlook. In order to streamline productivity, one may configure their inbox in a variety of ways and set up automations. Information may be sent, meetings can be scheduled, and other business tools can be integrated with this technology. Additionally, keeping an inbox or inboxes organized is a snap.

Cons

Microsoft Outlook has a wide range of features. As a result, thoroughly investigating all of the options requires some time. Additionally, the menus might be a little difficult for novice users to understand. In order to get the most out of the service, I propose that each company invest a significant amount of time training its end users. It's possible to lose a lot of value if Outlook is used just for emailing.

Great email tool

Reviewed 6 years ago
Pros

Outlook is a cool email tool. Especially the design is way better than with gmail. It also is very basic in its functionality and hence it is fairly easy to use, even if you are not an experienced PC user. The fact that you can choose from several domains when opening the account is yet another advantage. In addition, the Outlook account serves as a Microsoft Account and can also be used with Windows Phone and Windows 8 / Windows 10 computers for better integration.

Cons

Compared to gmail, Outlook is very slim when it comes to functionality. In addition, the adverts are more obstrusive than with Gmail. There is an option, to get an ad-free version of Outlook, but it appears to be fairly expensive, considered what you get. Customer Service from Microsoft is yet another issue. Other than that, great tool.

when compared to alternatives - there is really no comparison, Outlook is much better. I have also used the Gmail platform with Google and Outlook is so much better.

Pros

The best part of the program is that it is part of the universally accessible Microsoft platform. It interacts seamlessly with all of Microsoft's other software - which is great. It is easy to get on mobile devices and many other software packages are designed and built around Outlook

Cons

You are beholden to Microsoft. Some people may not like that. It does require licenses and can be expensive.

The Outlook calendar built-in integration is awesome, it allows you to add events to your calendar straight from your email, second thing, it's user-friendly UI, it might be a little hard to learn all the features at first, but you will easily learn how to use it.

Cons

Outlook is so expensive but it might be a bit more overpriced, also, it's complex to use Microsoft Edge, thought that the UI is user-friendly but it might be hard to use features etc., also, performance might be not the best on some devices.

The original email app is still the best

Reviewed 7 months ago
Pros

Microsoft Outlook isn't trendy, it's not cool, but it just works. The key aspect that brings me back to Outlook over other often cheaper options is the way the calendar, meeting invites, and email account links up so that teams can easily share schedules etc. Gmail just isn't there yet with these features.

Cons

This is niche but one thing I wish was easier to do in Outlook is to send meeting invites via BCC.

Good both for professional and personal use

Reviewed 3 years ago

I have multiple accounts for personal use and a company account as well. Very clean and quick interface, have never really had any problems personally. No reason not to use it for personal, and from what I remember from an old company, it doesn't cost much for a work account.

Pros

Ease of use, it's mobile apps are easy to use, especially for just your regular inbox, and the interface with the PC version are super super simple. When you are using the PC app you can just drag attachments right off your E-mail to download them to your desktop, and drag them right back to upload.

Cons

Sometimes E-mails from people I obviously want to show up in focused will go to junk, or unfocused.
