If you are not familiar with Group Policy editing and Command Prompt/Powershell, some of the features will be a bit intimidating for you.

Features that are missing for me at the moment is cross organization user accounts and SAML SSO but these are both in the pipeline.

Another thing that is more of an inconvenience than a con. You are required to have 2FA enabled to make configuration/policy changes.

Overall pleasant experience. Webroot and teamviewer integration makes setup of new managed systems quick and easy.

If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.

Overall it was ok. The software seemed like it was on its way, but the amount it cost had me feeling like we were paying to be beta testers

It wasn't bad, but users bounced off it for interface reasons and support issues so we left

The company I worked at used NinjaOne for a while, and it was great, however, it lacked features that aren't critical, but nice to have. It was also quite a bit more expensive than some other RMM solutions.

NinjaOne helps me keep track of my tasks and stay on top of deadlines easily.

Consolidating our tools and having a single pane of glass for our operations center to work from, no longer are we missing alerts because a monitoring page is minimized or covered by another one of our tools.

The onboarding was extremely quick, our guys were very quick to get used to the new GUI and it is a very useable product. Not really used the support yet so can't comment on that.

FGS RMM Review

Oh were to start. Our old RMM tool was complicated and over whelming. NinjaRMM is simple to use and understand, and doesn't take anytime for someone to pick up and use. We even have a few customers that log in and use the tool.  It's just simple, and that's what I wanted. As I said in the review, now we can spend more time with our customers, and less time babying the RMM tool to make sure it's working. Thanks Ninja =)

It's cut down on the amount of time needed to manage our RMM tool so we can focus on our customers.

Fantastic: device inventory, remote management, one-click deploy of apps, etc...
And for the "support" perspective, the alert system has anticipated lot of failures/problems even before end user discovered them.

NinjaOne Review: NinjaOne Meets all IT Needs!

Alec:                                                  My name is Alec. I'm a team manager of a real estate coaching company with multiple locations in the US reviewing NinjaOne and I currently give it a four out of five stars.
                                                       Currently, we partner with a managed service provider that is using NinjaOne. They said it was really good, so we did a trial, decided to proceed forward with it, and we're really liking it. We're moving away from that MSP, so we're needing to bring everything in-house and have some of the similar tools so we can assist all of our employees.
                                                       We chose NinjaOne because it's a very simple program to use. It allows us to manage all of our workstations, both Windows and Mac, running scripts that we might need to, install any applications remotely that we might need to. And it also has the service desk component so that we are able to work through tickets, show upper management how many support issues that are coming through, how we're resolving them, and just further support our department and the needs that we have.
                                                       Onboarding is pretty straightforward. You just install the agents. There's a little setup on the ticket side just to get it customized how we would like it, but overall, the setup for Ninja is pretty simple and straightforward.
                                                       I would recommend that you look at NinjaOne and compare it to other options out there and make sure that it meets your current needs as well as your future needs. Being an internal tool, there's not much need that we have for it for managing out the clients and things like that, but it is geared more towards a managed service provider, so make sure it meets all your requirements for that.

Feature Rich RMM for Modern Times!

Lucas:                                                 My name is Lucas. I'm a director of a small MSP, about four staff, 500 endpoints. And I'll give Ninja a rating of four out of five.
                                                       Prior to Ninja, we used a product called Syncro, which was a PSA and RMM in one. We outgrew that product and looked to move to a more advanced PSA. And obviously, with that, we needed a more advanced RMM. And we looked at a number of them and settled on Ninja just due to its feature set, really.
                                                       We wanted something that did have some of the features in our previous RMM, powerful scripting engine, good dashboard, ease of deployment, and we found that all with Ninja One.
                                                       A very easy task. Their support and account managers were very good, were always available with any questions we had. And from a training standpoint, it was pretty quick to come to grips with the product.
                                                       I'd definitely recommend Ninja One for anyone looking for a good quality RMM. There are some things to definitely look at. The UI is a little bit different in the way it's structured, but once you become accustomed to it, the learning curve is actually very, very low, but there are some intricacies to it. But the product is very, very good and 100% worth a look.
