We have 15,000 clients. With their unlimited endpoint pricing, we save a lot of money compared to the others we have used.
Quickbooks Export is flaky. It exports Firstname Lastname, instead of Lastname, Firstname which messes up our QBooks records.

Syncro has helped us proactively and reactively manage our customers and their technology.
I like the integration, theres always links to the customer when interacting with their assets or otherwise, the way all the information is basically a click away to get to everything in tickets or assets.

As a one-man shop, Syncro's automations save me a lot of time.
This PSA/RMM scales with your business. I am a one-man shop currently and I can have unlimited assets and customers in Syncro. You are licensed per user, not per device. The invoicing module is powerful.
I feel like the UI could be improved. There are some things you can't do in the mobile app. You can only have two sales tax lines.

When I first started using Syncro I didn't utilize as much as I do now; once I started to utilize their PSA features and integrated that into my workflow it really improved my operations. There's a lot of functionality with Syncro, and there's a lot that I'm still not using to their capacity.
I like being able to manage invoices, products/services, endpoints, etc. all through one app.
I really wish their mobile app performed better; there are certain things I do from it, and there are other things that I wait to do on my computer.

Before we started with Syncro/Repairshopr we had paper only records of our work and used our invoicing system for tracking customer work/purcharses. About 7 years ago we trialed a few different systems and found that RepairShopr fit the way we work the best, had by far the best inventory system and made our workflow, job tracking and billing SOOO much easier. We trailled Syncr a few times as it came out and once we were happy it would replace the other systems we were using for backups RMM etc we made the switch... and we will never look back. It has streamlined our entire business. made everything soo much easier, quicker and simpler.
The ability to have all your clients details in a central location, see everything in their history, invoices, tickets for all types of jobs plus their assets and any notifications all in one place is absolutely brilliant. The Inventory management is brilliant with alerts sent to the ordering team when item stocks are low and you can trace the items through complete workflows. The Remote Access for Assets works brilliantly and seamlessly for our clients and has been a gamechanger!
The only con we really have is that at times the Integrations with other systems feels part-finished. Like the functions were added just so they could say they have them and never looked at to see how they could work better. Xero Integrations for example could have the payments functions built in better so that any overpayments can be shown in syncro as a credit. There a a few that we use that have to be checked on to ensure that they are working correctly and removed and reset up when they are not. NONE of the ones that aren't fully functioning are critical to us however so it isn't a huge deal breaker.

I appreciate the billing by tech and NOT endpoint. Makes it easier to show the value to skeptical clients.Also, the ability to reboot multiple machines simultaniously.
I have not found a down-side yet. I am still not utilyzing the ticketing like I should. Not sure if that is ease of use or just me.

Very friendly staff waiting to help grow and support you and your business for the all included price.
The fact that they have a flat feet for unlimited agent management helps with our break/fix and BYO-AV clients, no need to pay for each agent deployed.
The mobile app could use work, however for what it’s worth I like what they have so far. I wish SyncroLive is available on mobile.

The remote monitoring and management tools. Also like the staff and user community forums e.g. facebook forum and the involvement of Syncro employees

Product is very comprehensive. If you want an all-in-one, then Syncro is great. The information gathering is great! Love the scripting community. Love the documentation capabilities of this system.
Hard to find options or where to organize data. Billing system is complicated. Price is too high for the limited features I use.

Ease of use and logical navigation between modules.
Not being able to put in reoccurring appointments on the calendar without having to manually put the date in over and over again for an entire time span.

Internal IT support department, getting support requests through email or SMS, monitoring all network devices including SNMP devices and setup scripts to auto fix computer problems, running updates, and if needed I can remote login to each machine with the built-in Remote Desktop.
Ticketing and RMM in the same solution that charge by Technician and not by end point.
no really easy way to install it against on a network PC's

Syncro does what I want and it works well however their are some issues that if addressed could make it better and support is the biggest factor.
The remote management of computers and servers is easy in Syncro. Creating Powershell scripts for repeatable tasks is a breeze in Syncro.
Patch management errors but still works. Scripts don't always work. Some devices show offline even though they are online. Support is lacking.

Great Overall Experience
Ease of Use, Time Management, Tracking Time For Jobs
Correcting Errors on Paid Invoices with Online Credit Card or ACH Payments is Impossible Without Removing the Payment. With Serialized Products Attached it's a REAL Pain

The people at Syncro are what makes this a no brainer. The are always very nice, helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. They are very interest in feedback and the Open Office Hours are awesome!
The interface is a little outdated and confusing. It seems like there may be some features that are lacking, but from what I have found they really do give you a lot compared to the big 3 and with a little bit of scripting and thought, you can do most everything that you need or want.

Ease of management to help users and allow remote access to deploy software patches and keep hardware up to date and working.
Love that the software allows up to remote into user on our company hardware as long as they have Internet. Ease of use to see reports based on what we are looking to monitor. Easy to use Dashboard for hardware checks.
All features that we have or are offered are used. Nothing to dislike at this time.

We have been pleased with the performance of Syncro and overjoyed with the savings of nearly 65% over our previous software. As more APIs have become available, we are almost integrated with all other products we use such as QuickBooks, etc.
The products within Syncro are continually being updated, enhanced and added to the PSA and RMM. Although there are a few features that are missing that are found in other platforms, the cost can be a whopping 65% or more less for nearly the same features. Many new integrations have been added recently to make Syncro more like the heavy hitters, such as adding Splashtop to the RMM. You'll find their monthly webinars that cover enhancements, current processes, and questions that you might have, very informative. The migration was easy when moving from our old platform to Syncro.
The absence of a built-in timer and a technician timesheet are missing features that would greatly enhance the software.
