“Tasks are managed through the Checklist in Neos. It allows me to set a specific protocol of what should be completed on each type of case and when. I can automatically create merged form documents which can be mailed, emailed or faxed directly out of Neos by completing tasks. There is also a great feature called Automation, where emails and text messages can automatically be sent to a client when tasks are completed. It allows me to be able to send clients emails and texts with links to videos we created that explain routine phases of the case. ”

This allows us to draft/merge documents from individual cases and automatically save them on SharePoint. We are able to use Microsoft Word and automatically save as we make changes. We are also able to tag our documents for easy access.

We need to get documents from Sharepoint, especially those old cases that still we need to work on them.
