We are using CRM to retain customers on our wireless service using email and SMS messaging. WE personalize communications based on profile attributes, lifecycle stage, and behaviors to maximize LTV. We're just getting started on the platform but it has just about all the important features I was expecting and then some. 

Powerful, data enabled multi channel platform

We use Braze for Email Marketing, Automation, Push Notifications, In-App Messages and Content Cards are in development. Its a super simple product to use and has a lot of functionality to improve segmentation and personalisation with ease.

Braze Review: Braze is Best in Class for Mobile Marketing!

Lucien H.:                                             Hi, my name is Lucien. My role is the VP of Go-to-Market. The company I work at is Liven. We have over 200 employees globally. And I would rate Braze a five out of five.
                                                       Prior to Braze, we actually used a tool called Leanplum. We used Leanplum for approximately a year. And we were attracted to the platform initially because of the breadth of features that Leanplum provided. But after using it for some time, we realized that they were brilliant at offering a very wide range of features, but not necessarily providing the depth. That's why we moved to Braze because their mobile marketing communication and canvassing is far superior.
                                                       We switched over to Braze as soon as we saw the power of the canvassing. So with the canvassing, the really important piece for us was the power of lifecycle. Because we have a consumer app in our business and that requires us to design very complex communications through the life cycle with varying different life cycles. And Braze had a fantastic canvassing capability. Their campaign management was also really good, so it enabled us to easily search for numerous different life cycles and also their reporting and analytics was and is fantastic.
                                                       Integrating Braze into the company was pretty straightforward. And the reason I would say that is the help documentation and Braze Academy is excellent. They've obviously spent a lot of time focusing on creating resources that will empower employees across the company to upskill quickly and understand how to use the tool. So we have a wide range of employees across our business that use Braze for different use cases.
                                                       If you are looking into Braze, I would highly recommend looking specifically into the communication capability that they have. They are 100% best in class. You need to ask yourself whether you are looking for a vertically integrated product or a product like Braze, that it's going to do one or two things really well. So depending on whether you're looking for vertical integration or a standalone solution, if the answer is the latter, standalone solution, then Braze is definitely best in class.

Braze Review: Best CRM Tool Out There.

Pinar:                                                 Hi, I'm Pinar. I am working as a CRM lead at a company with 50 employees, and my rating for Braze is five. Before Braze, we were using Mailchimp and we switched to Braze because Mailchimp wasn't fulfilling our growing company's needs. We needed something that was scalable and Braze was it.
                                                       Well, yeah. The reasons we chose Braze were mainly because it allows a great deal of flexibility in terms of segmentation, campaign personalization, but also campaign analytics and then reporting. So we wanted that flexibility and being able to set up campaigns for any different scenarios. So that was the main reason.
                                                       It was quite easy to get started with Braze. We got support from them for onboarding, and in that period, we integrated the product very quickly with a very simple integration at first, and then from there we built more and more, expanded our custom events, our custom attributes, to cater to more use cases. So I would say implementation was pretty easy.
                                                       [inaudible 00:01:48] for companies who'd like to integrate Braze as their CRM tool, my first suggestion would be to start slow, not try to get in everything in the dashboard all at once. Start with your purchases first, and then try to add more custom attributes, more custom events, based on the use cases you will have to build in the future. That would be the first one. The second one would be to look at your channel mix, decide which channels you will need to integrate, implement at first, which channels are the most important to you. Start with them, and then try to go into more niche channels, get them onboarded as well.
