Pros and cons

Emotive has made it very easy to reach out to our SMS list with great segmenting options, awesome support (who will even write your texts for you), & an intuitive user interface.
We had a good experience working with our customer success manager. Overall, they’re a great solution for brands whether looking to get started on SMS or to grow their list.
We are using Emotive to help with our customer service experience and overall marketing efforts. We're very excited to use this both to help drive sales and also improve conversion rates.
I send broadcasting with no sales, after 6 Months I said please cancel this service and they still charge my credit card. They are miserable said that they cancel but I still needs to pay to them.
I took him on his word and failed (my bad) to follow up in writing. They, of course, since they had a credit card on file with them, charged me the $1,200 for the next quarter.
The platform was not the most user-friendly. It is difficult to schedule and customize campaigns, and flow development is hard to follow.
