The drag-and-drop editor allows users to add, remove, and customize elements without needing any previous experience, and also includes a code view for users with experience of HTML and CSS. Drafts are automatically saved, and users can access their email design history at any time. Users can create custom opt-in forms to collect subscriber data, and include these in their website, Facebook page, or blog. Email lists can be segmented using any subscriber data, and campaigns can be customized for different subscriber segments.
