Overall its been pretty good. Im not a big social media fan so I like it to be as simple as possible to get my message across.
There are times that the software has been a little buggy for us. Sometimes images fail to upload or content fails to post due to errors.
I love that I can save drafts and schedule easily. This makes my social media strategy clear and streamlined with the ability to plan ahead.
I had an issue with integrating it with all my platforms. I forget which one, but I was missing one that I had to do separately.
I was excited to start using Hootsuite for the simple reason that I needed help managing my accounts. Like the very easy dashboard and functionality.
It may be user error, but it has proved an inconvenience at times.
It is recommended for its great ability to integrate to instagram, linkedin, pinterest and Facebook.
I hate that you have to have a public page in order to schedule content for Instagram. M sure it’s something to do with Instagram settings itself but it still pisses me off.

We have been using RELAYTO for most of clients and it has been an amazing tool to create interactive content. The UI of the app is intuitive and does a great job in enhancing the end user experience.
However, I have found that traditional PowerPoint presentations can struggle to hold the attention of some audience members.
This platform has amazing visuals, you can even embed videos, and insert some animations. I also love how I can switch between different ideas while presenting which makes the platform very efficient.
The features of the software that is very hard to use.
It is such a friendly service with great presentation tools. Compared to making the usual Power points, I can show my staff and clients in a more fun and engaging way.
I occasionally ran into complications when utilizing the platform, but the RELAYTO crew was incredibly fast and swiftly fixed my problems.
Helping me organize my documents, bonus with helping me have fresh visual designs. I also use it whenever I have presentation and NGL it helped me improve giving presentations to audience.
Some features are maybe too advanced for entry level users, although there's enough learning content to get going in no time.
We have been using RELAYTO at our agency for a good time now and it has been a great user journey so far.
The seamless integration with other apps and the addition of interactive elements to statics or PDFs have been the best part about RELAYTO.
I love that I got to improve my existing content in a direction I didn't even foresee. RELAYTO has pushed me to grow past static PDFs and create interactive customer-facing documents.
The overall experience is seamless, with exceptional interactivity, allowing people to save time on creating PowerPoint presentations and invest more energy into content.
The best part of this software is how easy it was to use and how efficiently API's could be used by the designing team using different software while integrating.

Act-On is extremely easy to use and starts providing working data immediately. Act-On has a quality product with a friendly UI and wonderful support when the occasional question comes up.
In some cases, metrics are just a bit confusing. In particular, there's a metric that compares SEO-type things, but the explanation is inadequate.
I like the breadth of capabilities with superior customer support by both the Customer Success Manager and Technical Support.
It could have better designed templates for emails and landing pages; the ones provided are dreadful. There is a major shortcoming, though, and I think it's a fatal one: e-mail deliverability.
There may be other big brands out there, but this is a great solution at an affordable price.
As a small business testing out systems this is horrible.
And the customer support was outstanding; at times, they were reaching out to me, asking me if I needed anything or if I had seen new features that were introduced, etc.
When we tried to cancel they refused and sent the account to a collection agency...well done Act-on. Any world class software company doesn't try to trick clients into sticking with them.
It's user friendly, has a nice design, and serves the basic purpose of helping you stay in touch with your customers and build a marketing plan for your brand.
AVOID these guys at all cost. The ux is poor and you'll need a dedicated in house resource to learn and operate a sub-optimal system.

It's probably our lack of mathematical skills, but we sometimes have a difficult time setting up analytics dashboards.

On rare occasions, you may encounter a slight delay in response time or minor glitches when attempting to access the image library.
I think it's a powerful platform, and I also have high hopes for how it will continue to develop in the future thanks to the clear commitment the company has shown for bettering its product.
I don't know about cons for trackmaven, because our sales and marketing department hardly make any complaints about it.
