The price, the user experience, the lack of multibrand use. When I threatened to take my business elsewhere we had one call with the VP but then he stopped responding to calls and emails.
Was quite easy to understand for novice and navigate around and had easy to use and useful automated marketing features that made reaching a large audience seamlessly easy.
It felt like they were just as fed up with this crap tool as we are. Although they didn't say it, I think one of our key employees quit over the frustration of dealing with marketing cloud.
We use salesforce daily to engage with customers on a daily basis. It has been very helpful in managing customer journeys, sending and preparing emails, and getting good reporting.
Not all pending sends will list themselves under "Pending Sends," so that has caused some issues with accidentally sending the same email to the same list more than once.
It had a good native integration with Litmus. I liked the reporting feature that visually showed where users where clicking in an email.
The customer service and sales team was probably the worst I've seen from an enterprise product. Even though it's owned by Salesforce, it isn't as well integrated as Marketo.
Its very user friendly when you need to build assets with less time. I think those who have a more B2C business marketing model will find this more beneficial with the 1:1 ratio for personalization.
Further, the e-newsletters don't cooperate with Outlook, which is frustrating since both are Microsoft products.
Salesforce offers a big eco-system with lots of functionalities and a good customer overview.
Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).
You are able to view and respond to emails from all of your coworkers which helps with workload management.

The major problem is the lack of ability to copy an email to more than the recipient. The lack of this feature is putting the continued use of this product in doubt.

Here are a few cons which shouldn’t be ignored. Reporting of Analytics of Marketo is very bad and in addiction smart list designs are not flexible and it is very difficult to design them.
Its almost intelligent interaction with prospects allows our team great confidence in engaging and in capturing quality leads.
With customization that is available, it is possible to get a bit lost in the hugeness that is Marketo. Lastly, there are no customizable reporting options which can make things hard.
Marketo customer support team is very responsive and always available to help, this is something I like the most. Marketo's simple and easy user interface is amazing and very easy to use.
Not much return on investment here; very basic functionality, and problems with our website getting clocked as spam form our target cusotmers.
Marketo engage is a perfect tool for automation marketing. It’s also a great handling emails and marketing materials.
The look and feel of it is also stuck in the 90s. They don't provide any decent templates so my team is often forced to look elsewhere and then integrate email and landing page templates with Marketo.

The analytics are great, too. I also love that they automatically place subscribers in sub categories like potential sales or engaged subscribers.
There's very little I dislike about this software. My only complaint is small - when creating a new sequence, you can't change the "trigger" that initiates the flow.
We felt confident in their ability to successfully transition ESP platforms. The product itself is quite good and does everything you would expect it to.
This is just a really disingenuous way to price as you get charged for that user every month even if you dont email a list member.
Klaviyo makes it super easy to segment customers based on any number of attributes. This has been such a great feature that I can really get granular about my audience.
It was difficult to understand at first. You would have to read a lot of documentation before you can understand basic features.
The other huge plus is their amazing customer service. They are on their toes waiting to help you.
Not everything is customizable. While fonts can be imported, they don't always show up on email browsers so you're limited by Klaviyo's native fonts.
Overall we like Klaviyo. We've had a good experience with them and the customer service is always helpful.

Great product for a great value. We use it for all our clients and it delivers far superior service than any of its competitors that we have tried.
Blaming Segment for failure to merge anonymous events with identified users, blaming Segment for integration failures that caused significant loss of data. Awful limitations of workflows.
I like that it's incredibly easy to use. As opposed to a software like salesforce thats much less user friendly, iterable is super simple, but still lots of features.
Our engineers get a bit frustrated about some of the technical limitations.
Amazing customer support that's very responsive, knowledgeable and always eager to help. Iterable is very receptive to user feedback, and is constantly improving and building the too.
Problems with adding new users to lists and with clients that are less digital-savy to navigate the backend on their own.
I really like Iterable and I think they're on to a winner, it does feel like they're still in early stages as not everything feels completely ironed out.
The only issue I've had is with load times with list segmentation here and there- but nowhere near the level of frustration I've had with other legacy systems.

Before we were using 3 different programs to track the orders, to check products availability and manage cases and it was a real disaster.
Clean intuitive interfaces that eliminate a great deal of hassle from end-user education. Robust out of the box solutions for many standard business needs.
We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm'online system with help of Partner of bpm'online so that no data was lost or missed out.
If you're looking for an easy-to-use and cost-effective CRM, this is a good one to try. Their process engine is a big advantage as well.
Didn't provide a modular pricing that we can adjust according to what we needs. Design features in marketing is limited.
We liked the easy customization and user-friendly interface. The scalability and security of our data was also important.

The design side is a little awkward and not very intuitive to use.

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.
It is easy to use, it works perfectly fine and integrates easily with other software so it is a complete solution for the business.
The functionality is a bit awkward and customization is limited.

We have been super impressed with the ease of use and effectiveness of Attentive to help us get started and grow our SMS marketing strategy.
Need stronger integration with other products, such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp - it's very hard to segment SMS and emails separately. Opt-in pop-ups lack many settings and controls we need.
Overall, Attentive is an A+ company. They have, and continuously release, great features, have amazing customer service, and offer a premium product product with a friendly UI.
I need to do so more research and limits of entire capabilities of attentive. I registered for the Attentive university training so I'll need to do some follow up.
The ease of deploying campaigns and analytics post-launch is fantastic. I really enjoy the UI and support.
What I liked least about the software were the segmentation limitations but they are introducing more options that fix that problem.
Overall has been a great addition to our marketing and have seen great results. Automated workflows like Abandon cart are showing the best results.
We have a small team, so bandwidth to manage an additional channel is tough.
I also love the Customer Support. Whenever I have a question, I get answers very quickly and always in contact with someone that is happy to help.
Overall, our experience with Attentive has been excellent. Our success manager has been very helpful and as I mentioned before, their features are very useful.
From the onboarding process to now, it has been the easiest platform to use. They also have AMAZING resources & help.

The UX/UI of the dashboard is easy to navigate and the information provided via Attentive University is great. We constantly see a strong ROI/ROAS for each campaign we send.

It's so easy to split test messages, unlike our previous provider. They also have a weekly call with us where we discuss best practices, improvements we can make, or integrations we may want to use.
Not only is the product great, easy to use, and bringing in incremental revenue for the business, but the Customer Support and access to trainings, webinars, etc. is incredibly valuable.
Getting set up was super easy with GTM and existing integration with my email provider. The interface is extremely simple to use to create messages as well as track metrics.
From the increased consumer data we've been able to gather to grow our email list size, as well as SMS capture which has become a very successful new revenue driving channel for us.

My overall experience with SlickText has been GREAT!!! 1-10, I'd definitely give it a 10. The product is great and the customer service is top teir.
They didn’t cancel our account and continued to bill us for 12 months. When we called to cancel for the second time they argued with us and refused to hear our complaint.
My overall experience with SlickText has been an absolute joy. They are kind, courteous, and knowledgable.

Super easy to use, reasonable pricing for Small businesses, great & quick customer service, and awesome features like bday list as well as automatic conditions that allow you to customize lists.
Inability to track full urls & necessity of using a "from" number that is not ours.
The user interface is also easy to use. Most of all, the customer service from Slick Text is nice and very responsive.
Reporting and analytics, hard to get a full picture when you have a lot of keywords running and see overall performance.
Love the response from several of the agents that have emailed and called to touch base with me on the app. They were quick to touch base and very polite.
I've been completely happy. So affordable that I have stepped up my plan as our followers grow.
It's relatively inexpensive and easy to use and any time I have noticed any bugs or issues, they address my concerns immediately. I highly recommend them.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
