Overall its been pretty good. Im not a big social media fan so I like it to be as simple as possible to get my message across.
There are times that the software has been a little buggy for us. Sometimes images fail to upload or content fails to post due to errors.
I love that I can save drafts and schedule easily. This makes my social media strategy clear and streamlined with the ability to plan ahead.
I had an issue with integrating it with all my platforms. I forget which one, but I was missing one that I had to do separately.
I was excited to start using Hootsuite for the simple reason that I needed help managing my accounts. Like the very easy dashboard and functionality.
It may be user error, but it has proved an inconvenience at times.
It is recommended for its great ability to integrate to instagram, linkedin, pinterest and Facebook.
I hate that you have to have a public page in order to schedule content for Instagram. M sure it’s something to do with Instagram settings itself but it still pisses me off.

It is fun of using facebook and contineously improving. It is good place for startup business as you can advertise your goods from any anywhere.
It is very much a if a user sees offense in anything you do, you could have someone report a post that they find offensive and be punished even if it follows the guidelines.
For me the most thing I liked about this software is the ease of use because simply is easy an cofortable in work on it and given as the best performance.
I dislike they way they handle elections, they way they handle reporting and banning. Someone can get banned for saying something that wasn’t even offensive and they have no one to talk to about it.
All features of Facebook application are great and ease of its feature for everyone. Facebook shop is one of the good feature for eCommerce.
It can be confusing at times to navigate the site or app because you get lost in other things that pop up or notify you.
From just keeping in touch with friends and family to engaging with your favorite stars and even growing small businesses. Facebook is what it is because it's easy, popular, and extremely useful.

Twitter is a great platform to use for its simplistic use and its availability to integrate into other platforms and softwares because of its popularity.
The only thing I don't like about the app is that the don't filter the post properly. Sometimes I just see inappropriate tweets and it is sometimes irritating.
Any social media site is good for business - really helps you promote your product. Love that there are so many people - all walks of life on twitter - from celebrities to grandfathers.
The people on the app are harsher because most of the time, you are "anonymous. And it could be a bit confusing to use at first because it is a bit different from others.
Overall, it is a great software and I would recommend it to anyone who might be interested in trying it out.
Only there are lots of fake accounts in the app and when you send complaints to Twitter, it is not easy to receive feedback.
It's great that there is a trial period to make sure that it is a good fit for you and your company. Everyone here who has been involved with adding it, has been quite pleased with their experience.
But sometimes there is violent or offensive material that u didnt opt to see. I also dont like tht when a user or page is reported , it takes sometimes days for you to get a response from Twitter.
This better suits the younger generation, or how they like to call it Gen Z. I love the new feature where I can follow new tags by interests like kpop, rnb, sports, tech and get updates.
One of the best places for someone to interact with a fan base. Many brands grow on this platform and it can sometimes lead to thoughtful constructive discussion.
The share button seems to be the most useful, for when I need to share with my clients it makes it so simple. Very fun, and easy to use.
