Eleo is a cloud-based fundraising and donor management software for nonprofit organizations. The system includes tools for tracking donors, recording gifts, creating acknowledgement mailings, managing events, and more. With Eleo’s database, users can record contact and donor information in detailed profiles, and enter and track gifts. Data fields can be customized, and an unlimited number of phone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses, and notes can be stored. Users can view donor interests, giving histories and statistics, graphical giving summaries, pledge information, mailing histories, and more. Credit card processing enables online donation, and the Mailing Dashboard ensures that gift acknowledgements and thank-you letters are processed. A range of mailings can be created through the step-by-step process in the Mailing Wizard, such as newsletters, solicitations, pledge reminders, membership renewals, receipts, and thank-you letters, and they can be personalized with donors’ details. Eleo offers a range of tools for managing tasks and schedules, allowing users to create tasks, customize task types, assign tasks, organize to-dos in the calendar, add task notes, and set reminders. The calendar and scheduler have daily, weekly, and monthly views, and users can search tasks by type, user, priority, and completion status.
