What is Eleo?

Eleo is a cloud-based fundraising and donor management software for nonprofit organizations. The system includes tools for tracking donors, recording gifts, creating acknowledgement mailings, managing events, and more. Data fields can be customized, and an unlimited number of phone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses, and notes can be stored. Credit card processing enables online donation, and the Mailing Dashboard ensures that gift acknowledgements and thank-you letters are processed. A range of mailings can be created through the step-by-step process in the Mailing Wizard, such as newsletters, solicitations, pledge reminders, membership renewals, receipts, and thank-you letters, and they can be personalized with donors’ details. Eleo offers a range of tools for managing tasks and schedules, allowing users to create tasks, customize task types, assign tasks, organize to-dos in the calendar, add task notes, and set reminders. The calendar and scheduler have daily, weekly, and monthly views, and users can search tasks by type, user, priority, and completion status. A range of standard reports can be generated with Eleo and customized using data filters, and custom reports can be created using the Report Writer. Users can also analyze appeal successes, goals met, and donor trends, and integrate with QuickBooks Online to manage their accounting.
