Very easy CRM apps and more clients are going towards the Salesforce and we are converting more and more business to web/mobile app in salesforce.

Pros
Not much coding is involved, easy drag and drop feature, and there is no need to create a different website for mobile app it publishes it automatically. The data modeling and business intelligence features are nice. Cloud based. Real time visibility and email integration makes the decision making faster.

Cons
Price is expensive for small business. Limited portability since Salesforce doesn't support any public cloud.

Pros
This CRM is a good example of how a quality service should be built. Working in the system, we get real pleasure, as everything works here quickly, clearly and without failures.

Cons
Of the shortcomings, I can only name the cost of an annual subscription to the service. Having worked with the system for more than one year, we have been thinking about reducing the costs of servicing the business and considering options for other cheaper CRMs.

Salesforce provides assistance in the area of automation and supervision of activities, making it an excellent ally for any company. Your POS system is also very helpful when managing relationships with consumers. Totally recommended.

Pros
Acquiring the Salesforce license is accessible to all types of users, one of the best price-value relationships in the market. It also has a system to interact with audiences and sales assistance, everything you need to venture into E-commerce.

Cons
Its integration to other devices presents difficulties with IO devices. Your way of tracking spending sheets is confusing and it takes time to get used to Salesforce mechanics. As for your marketing automation, this is a bit complicated to apply, and it's not very customizable.

As a developer during my last three years I have worked in two different companies and they both were using salesforce and I have learnt a lot and its been great experience.

Pros
As a developer I love how flexible the system is we can customize it to a great level according to our needs. Not so many of bugs in the system it's stable and very mature Our sales team is very happy to manage sales and get insights of data They are changing to new layout which is advance look and feel and looks great

Cons
One can take a bit more time to learn salesforce because the system is too big and its not easy to keep track of things Its expensive but considering the features it provides a I think price is fine

This is almost a one-stop shop for handling your customers. The ability to handle complex marketing campaigns alone seems worth the price.

Cons
Integrating with Salesforce is where things get nasty. Salesforce technologies (thinking about the Cloud products) are not built with larger systems in mind. Salesforce wants you to come to them for all your customer needs. However other more specialized software exists that you will want to use. If you ever want to link the systems together to share data or to engage in complex campaigns, Salesforce sub-par support for integration purposes is breathtakingly difficult.

Salesforce is fast gaining popularity.. I have been using it at my current workplace as well as my previous workplace. Using Salesforce has been a treat. I can track leads, send out marketing material for selected groups as well as track sales- an end to end solution. I recently discovered the Data import wizard and it has made life so much easier. The customer service team is also very responsive. It is a win-win!

Pros
The best feature of Salesforce is its easy setup- its objects and associated processes are intuitive and come with an interactive platform. Lead management is seamless and the ability to automate marketing is a cherry on the top.

Cons
Price might be a tipping point (as always is) but the services offered are worth paying for.

The Salesforce has all the features that a business will probably ever need. It has marketing features , such as marketing campaigns and sales team collaboration.
