We have been very pleased with the overall experience. Customer Service with Cartegraph is very good, and they are just as invested in your success as you are.
There are many glitches and a lot of data is lost due to this.
Success with asset management starts with good data in the field, and only with that clean data, can admin successfully evaluate programs and changes.
Most all of my users are not able to make their own reports due to how difficult they are to build.
Good, the system is great and the support team has always been extremely helpful.
Furthermore, we were able to make informed decisions and continue services in-house by showing hard data compared to contracted costs.
Mobile platform is user friendly and intuitive. Asset collection is very easy and can be linked to GIS with relative ease.
Sometimes getting the scenario builder portion to function the way I want is difficult.
There are so many things I like about this software, that it's hard to pick what I like best.
The ease-of-use and robust functionality. The software is user friendly and also offers a great mobile application for field use.

Freshdesk provides an unrivalled ability to stay on top of client support and issue management. This tool is so far the best in class at supporting our needs in supporting our client base.
We had a lot of employees that would leave and come back, and if you archived the user, it was a bit of an odd way to get them back into the platform, it's doable, just awkward.
It helps me solve customers' inquiry and the best benefit that comes from Freshdesk is it's free. Compared to other paid helpdesks, Freshdesk could still really be worth it.
Worse, there is no way to discover this until after you've paid and spent time getting everything set up.
Overall, Freshdesk is an awesome solution for a tedious task. I recommend it to all my friends in the industry.
I had to ask for a lot of assistance and spent some time fixing mistakes I have made that could have been easily avoided with a bit more training.
We are extremely happy for the speed and capability that Freshdesk has passed on to our affiliation. It's helping us with guaranteeing fabulous customer support with less pressing factor.

I love support team, they're always there 24-7 replying to my queries and keen on giving alternative solutions. I love the idea of customizing the ticket and adding templates.
We use this daily for our help desk operations to assign, track and deliver service to our stakeholders. The set up was very intuitive and easy and we have been very pleased with this software.
This is a very easy to use product that will save you time and money long term. The Project management/Tasks feature is amazing.
Overall FreshDesk is great for our needs. We are a smaller company so menuevering the tickets isn't overwhelming and the website provides helpful tools that save tons of time.
While we haven't utilized other products in the FreshWorks suite, we're very happy with Freshdesk and recommend it wholeheartedly.
Clean look and feel, great UI and customer support was really good. It had AD integration built in which was a plus.
We used it for daily customer service contact and it was great. It was great for assigning.

Best of all, it allows you to integrate into most of the popular platforms seamlessly and it allows you to start small for free and grow big.
Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.
There were no features that I felt were missing or could be improved. No aspects of JotForm were diffiult to use.
The ability to easily create basic forms with templates is fantastic. The incredible number of form field options and widgets makes creating complex forms with great conditional formatting options.
Their customer support is very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues with software use.
They are always pleased with the quality, and the speed with which I am able to put the forms together for them.
It has a lot of great features, and allows nearly limitless customization options that really help your forms look professional. JotForm is one of my favorite pieces of business software.

The ease of the program has been great. The ability to obtain the information out in the field is a plus benefit.
Plangrid has a function to add hyperlinks within the planes, so that they lead directly to another plane. This system is very uncomfortable, and tends to make the platform collapse, so it is useless.
Awesome history set, mark-up capability, submittal/document integration, punch lists, the list goes on and on. Very intuitive interface and our field guys love it.
PlanGrid is an arrogant, self centered company that refuses to be of help when asked. I have recorded complaints with the California BBB and the FTC.
They want you to succeed, they want to help you fix any issues that arise - they're part of our team and we appreciate their excellent customer and technical support.
The interface is still difficult to navigate for more seasoned professionals which can cause them frustration.
The collaboration features are straightforward and work seamlessly allowing for great cooperation and efficiency when reviewing submittals, rfis, or drawings and designs.
Try to battle off more than it can chew, which can make the coordination process more difficult. Too many built-in functions and no lite alternatives for our specifications.
Very appealing graphics in 2d and 3d, nice document management and some options for automation with the workflows.
Very useful during the design and coordination phase of the job where issue resolution and clash detection is most important.
Pretty intuitive and easy to learn. It is good for teaching owners, architects, etc, on board to use on the project.
Overall, BIM is a great product. Documenting issues, checklists and being to upload pictures helps the overall whole project, and saves time and money in change orders.
Tracking the punchlist and rolling completion problems is excellent. The experience with BIM360 is nice if you use the entire BIM360 cycle.
This software have changed our way of working thru the time and we are now using it on a daily basic. Ohhh yes, you have to try the customer service, probably the best one that I have ever add.
The ability to view and explore 3D models right in the browser as well as the ability to have the 2D sheet view in the corner of the screen to easily identity location within the model.
This is a great program for the building industry easily upload your plans, make annotations, notes, and even scale things right off your tablet.

It has so many awesome features to help communicate plan changes effectively, do takeoffs, grab quick dimensions on plans, and so much more.
Read that again, if you complain too much they will FIRE YOU instead of fix their internal problems.
The ease of use, moderate learning curve, and ease of roll out in a non-enterprise environment is outstanding.
To make matters MUCH worse they have no escalation policy at all. Read that again; a SOFTWARE company has zero escalation policy.
We love using Bluebeam for drawings that are sent to our customers for their approval. These are easy to mark up.
My only complaint is when I change computers and have to sign in and out on the new computer. Bluebeam is currently working on this.
It was a good software to use. The quantity of the features is good and useful.
By default editing is locked until you select 'Markup Mode' which has confused users in the past, as it might not be apparent the first time you use it.
What I liked the most about Bluebeam Revu is that I am able to have a group of people editing a single PDF at the same time. That is really a great feature, for all versions of Revu.
It is really good having good features in terms of adding, editing and creating the PDFs.
I love Bluebeam! it has the cleanest imaging software for the ACE industry and the ability to do quick takeoffs is invaluable.
You can also scale the plans so that you can pull dimensions. It's AutoCad integration is super helpful.
I like Bluebeam's customer support. They're polite and can typically resolve your issues rather quickly.
I liked the most that I am able to visualize drawings with ease. It is very handy and intuitive.

Material list and breakdowns and customer service was good , it did a lot of what i was looking for but to much for my company.
It has so many awesome features to help communicate plan changes effectively, do takeoffs, grab quick dimensions on plans, and so much more.
Read that again, if you complain too much they will FIRE YOU instead of fix their internal problems.
The ease of use, moderate learning curve, and ease of roll out in a non-enterprise environment is outstanding.
To make matters MUCH worse they have no escalation policy at all. Read that again; a SOFTWARE company has zero escalation policy.
We love using Bluebeam for drawings that are sent to our customers for their approval. These are easy to mark up.
My only complaint is when I change computers and have to sign in and out on the new computer. Bluebeam is currently working on this.
It was a good software to use. The quantity of the features is good and useful.
By default editing is locked until you select 'Markup Mode' which has confused users in the past, as it might not be apparent the first time you use it.
What I liked the most about Bluebeam Revu is that I am able to have a group of people editing a single PDF at the same time. That is really a great feature, for all versions of Revu.
It is really good having good features in terms of adding, editing and creating the PDFs.
I love Bluebeam! it has the cleanest imaging software for the ACE industry and the ability to do quick takeoffs is invaluable.
You can also scale the plans so that you can pull dimensions. It's AutoCad integration is super helpful.
I like Bluebeam's customer support. They're polite and can typically resolve your issues rather quickly.

The ease of use and ease or ability to set up forms to how your company wants them is great. Forms were developed to easily add photos and updates to progress.
I have found that it is often frustrating to approach support with a problem because when reporting a problem the question might not be clear until deep into the support conversation.
Great for tracking how the safety programs is being followed and a great tool for follow up.
All the forms that used to show up in my inbox out of the blue have disappeared and now only show up in my email. This is a problem since now I can't edit them anymore.
My custom form processes, for entry & approval were addressed by the ProntoForms developers under the guidance of an wonderful Project Manager.
The software is a little confusing and hard to setup.
A true measure of success- satisfied salespeople. That's a great accomplishment.
Setting up destinations, documents, etc. Very confusing unless you're doing it on a consistent basis.
Plus, Prontoforms customer service is amazing. There is never a wait when I call and they either resolve the issue/question right away or follow-up shortly.

I love that you can customize it to your exact needs. It has saved our field technicians a TON of time not having to fill out redundant paperwork.
