My biggest problem is not being able to sync with a bank account, forcing to enter all bank transactions manually.

I signed up a while after tenantcloud integrated background checks. It's been half a year since and I'm loving it.

There are very few things I like about this software, however for purposes of this survey I like the accounting features that allow us to generate reports to the owner for each building.

I do a lot of things offline cause it's not doable in the system. Paying primarily for the ACH set up & advertising.

I feel like I have to call every time I have to do anything, the system is so difficult and nothing flows smoothly.

Overall, it's been positive. I generally use it for accepting applications, background checks, unit FMV checks, listing a unit across multiple platforms, accepting rent, and bookkeeping.

Everything in the palm of your hands

Overall I am satisfied at best.  It does what I need it to do - though it could certainly be better.  The significant changes last year made me regret choosing TenantCloud.  If I were just an owner, I'd pursue other options.  As a property manager, there aren't many better options out there.

Good product but expensive

Overall a very good experience. I feel like TC meets our needs well, with additional features we haven't even explored yet. All at an extremely attractive price point for anyone in the business, small or large.

Tenant Cloud is the Best Cost-Effective Property Management Solution for Landlords

Great experience 

I enjoy using TenantCloud. It keeps things centralized and organized for my Management business. Having this system helps me grow my business. The customer support, when issues arise, help issues get solved quickly both for me and my tenants. The big downside is the cost per month. I pay $100 per month when other apps are less expensive. I started using this application when it was significantly cheaper (free initially).

This is well worth the time to implement in your portfolio or private personal hosing units. I would 100% refer this program to others. I have used in my past experiences Yardi, onsite, and hab, and Tenant Cloud is much easier and user-friendly for the residents and vendors as well as the office personal.

Teantcloud is an amazing RMS offering a full suit of features at a great price. The support team is extremely attentive and always works with us personally to find solutions and implement work arounds for us when permanent solutions will take time to implement insuring we never loose productivity.

THE Perfect Solution for ANY Property Management Company or Simple Landlord

It's okay for the money, but could definitely use improvement.

Good start, but needs tweaking

We have recently become landlords and have properties in several different cities in Texas.   We wanted a platform to be able to do everything in it from listing, leasing,  payment collection, payment records (rent roll) to maintenance requests and records.    Tenant Cloud provides all of these features effectively and cost effectively.   We especially like the features where Tenant Cloud automatically invoices to include late payments.    As your number of units grow, this system appears to be able to grow with your business and I would highly recommend the software to anyone who is just getting started or is looking for a platform that provides a turn key solution.

Alex:                                                  My name's Alex, and I am a property manager for Picking Enterprise LLC. We've been using TenantCloud and give it a five out of five. So we use TenantCloud for a variety of tasks, to track rental balances, late fees, maintenance requests, how we're doing with the maintenance request, as well as balances with contractors, tax bills and inventory in each of the properties we manage.
                                                       We like most about TenantCloud, that it's available on mobile apps. When we're traveling, we still manage a portfolio, that there's a seamless connection with our residents, and the residents feel like we're right around the corner when we may be halfway around the world.
                                                       Right, so one of the opportunities we found with TenantCloud is the fork in the road for customer service. TenantCloud asks for ideas or to submit a ticket for help. And our trouble tickets have been awesome. We get turnaround, feedback, it's delightful. One of the growing edges and opportunities for TenantCloud is with the submission of ideas, because the ideas are submitted, but the turnaround time on the tweaks with the software seems to be a little longer, and the turnaround on ideas seems to be beyond the reach of the customer service representatives. They say they have to kick it over, kick it up to programmers, which is understandable, but it is a little less elegant than the rest of the parts of TenantCloud. So that's an opportunity for TenantCloud to grow.
