I've been a customer for 3 years and I've tried to stick with then through all their setup problems (of which there were many), but lately their customer service has gotten worse and worse.

The support team are extremely friendly, understanding & always eager to find a solution. We are now 2 months into business & we are delighted with our decision to invest in the app.

The issues above caused a lot of upset to our clients which lessened their experience as our customers: this is the opposite of what any business needs.

The customer support team were great when I first signed up, I imagine there were fewer clients on their books and it was easier for them to manage.

Great for taking member Subscriptions, signing waivers and easy to book classes.

I am so impressed with the customer service. So quick and efficient, always available to answer questions.

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts regarding my recent experience with GloFox.

While I appreciate the friendly demeanor of the staff, I have unfortunately encountered significant challenges with support from both the staff and management. We were charged $1,500 despite not being fully onboarded due to ongoing software issues. It appears that the contract primarily serves to protect GloFox from customer dissatisfaction and the implications of its practices.

I feel that management prioritizes financial gain over customer satisfaction, which has impacted my overall experience. I believe there is an opportunity for improvement in how customer concerns are addressed.

Other solutions such as Mindbody, Acuity, and Vagaro offered the features GloFox lacked but we did not discover these missing features until we signed a 3-month contract. 

Spend more time than you think you need with the sales staff before committing. Software may work for a ton of companies but if you have a unique use case then ask every question you have before signing anything and make them demo everything before signing. They will not let you out of the contract even when they realize they will not be able to serve your needs. $1500 wasted.

Jumped in too early, got soaked.

They are very helpful, professional and have good quality of an app. 

Top choice for business startup

This is the first gym management tool we have used, so I can't compare to past experiences. But Glofox is not robust, they are not solving the problems, and I kinda regret having chosen them.Very important point: integration with 3rd parties (such as mailchimp) is not good, and as they are developing their own thing, it will never be.

Expected a lot more

It is a good product, the customer service can take a while to come back to you. 

There are better products out there for much cheaper!

Experience with Glofox has been pleasant.

Glofox experience

We had issues with customers not approving payments.  Customers received their purchase but we didn't receive payment! I flagged this with Glofox (it was a software flaw), they basically said tough sh*t. The customer support is useless, the software is constantly glitching.
Disgrace don't go near them,

Loved Glofox at my yoga studio

Poor. There was a lot of support and offering of deals prior to sign up. Beyond that point the price was hiked up hugely and terms changing meaning we were wrapped in for a long time. I would not recommend.
