I'm a big fan of Cognism's general layout, design and ease of use as well as other features such as intent data which I was fortunate enough to trial. My favorite overall is the LinkedIn Chrome Extension that they provide for data enrichment which works amazingly for me, to add prospects into lists and into Salesforce makes my life much easier.
I'd like to see some more SME prospects though this would provide considerably more difficult for them to implement I'd imagine and perhaps rather niche use cases.

It gives us a tool that we never thought would exist. In the past our methods of lead generation was unstructured and was slow. We relied on someone picking up the office number. Now was have increased our connection on calls massively, which has then increased the number of bookings created. Alongside this, because conversations have increased, it has allowed us to streamline the team.
Not really a massive issue but having to log in every now and again can be frustrating, but this is a small trade off to keep the system safe!

One of the most important tools in our tech stack.
We use Cognism to get mobile numbers and verified email addresses for prospects. Of which, it has been the best on the market for UK / EMEA data
Extension sometimes bugs out and needs uninstalling and reinstalling

Set up was easy but could've benefit with more of a demo and explanation to every element of the platform and how credits are used. However the customer service and sales team are excellent and really helpful so you soon get onboard and understand how it works if you communication. Great solution.
Being able to easily segment data at both company and contact level to establish leads.
Ability to remove duplicate leads from lists to prevent using credits when the lead is already in another list.

brilliant and easy to use to create leads and data for email campaigns
Data extracting is quick and easy, you can be as granular as you like. Intent is a great feature too.
data can sometimes be on there which is out of date or incorrect job titles

Fantastic quality data esepcially mobile. They also have some niche industries I was able to get lots of contact numbers for such as the services/plumbing industry.
Sometime the rev is not as accuate as Zoominfo but they are as good if not better in everything else.

Really like the team at Cognsim - they are always willing to help. A big shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who have recently been helping us with quite a few queries.
I really like that we can use Cognism through both Salesforce and LinkedIn. It is really easy to use and the data we have got through the tool is high quality.
The implementation and mapping to fields in your database. This is more complex than originally thought but once it is set up - it works perfectly.

Very impressed with Cognism, From UX to their customer support, its been incredible
Cognism is incredible quick and easy to navigate The lead search is one of the best systems I have used You can either use this system for contact finding, lead generation or campaign production The step by step set up for campaigns is incredibly efficient and free's up alot of time
Trying to navigate around spam requirements which arent incredibly clear when you start using it. If you select the wrong option when generating your campaign lists, you can't go back and amend them (such as number of people in an organisation)

My experiance has been amazing, some of the best customer service i have had.
all the data is very accurate and the tool allows me to completely skip the cold contact phase. I have been able to get through to companies i wouldn't normally be able to contact.
sometimes there are too many search filters and it can take a long time to get the data i need.

Ease of use and other tech integration. There are so many great quality leads available and that helps no end with being able to do my job properly, and also helps the scope of how many different contacts within an account I can reach out to. All the while being GDPR complaint.
Sometimes take a little longer to load the contact details on the plugin, but that is a small issue.

It's a great complement tool for sales navigator and your main Sales CRM
The broad business directory with numbers from decision-makers + the ease of use through the chrome extension.
Sometimes the emails are outdated and won't work (Maybe could integrate an email verifying tool)

Cognism is very easy to use, it integrates well with other solutions and consistently provides a variety of lead data
Occasionally the data that is provided is not up to date however there is often an alternative working data set that is up to date

Happy with my usage, relatively basic, just wished it had more numbers of directors within smaller businesses.
Jumping the ladder to decision makers is key for quick prospecting and speaking to the right people. Finding out other people within the business who do different things.
Accurately creating lead gen lists, it collates more data than you'd like.

I use Cognism daily and the integration with LinkedIn and HubSpot is seamless and fast. The mobile numbers also typically have good accuracy.
Email data can be wrong, resulting in bounces.

I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 for my ease of work & helping find the right POC. It helped me nail a couple of deals as we didn't have contact info for right POC
User friendly & intuitive Intent/Sales Data insights I use it daily Best data quality in terms of accuracy

Cognism in general is an amazing platform especially in my role as a ADR. I find it very useful to get persona's email addresses and contact numbers based on the requirements I may have. I also love the fact that we launch campaigns and can monitor the activities . The support system is amazing, if there is any issue your colleagues always help to rectify .

Few cons are that alot of data is historic, so you get a lot of bounced emails in campaigns, also the contact numbers are not always the best. I have twice experienced contacting a persona who was the correct name but not the right person, also alot of prospects have advised these are their personal mobile numbers and not business numbers. Another issue I have is that I am unable to add notes accordingly to specific campaign activities, its a little frustrating and although im aware you can build sequences it just isnt working. This needs to be made simpler so we can add notes etc to specific contacts in our campaigns. Ive also experienced issues when we launch campaigns, this needs to be made more effective

Having implemented Cognism into a handful of different businesses, and therefore having experience of utilising the data in multiple industries, selling to a range of buyers, I can honestly say it's unrivalled for both ease-of-use and data quality. I've explored alternatives time and again because Cognism certainly isn't the cheapest on the market, but also because due dil, and time and again it proves to be the only enerprise data platform worth its salt, particularly for the UK and EMEA. It's a tool I use on a daily basis and wouldn't be without. I'll always come back to Cognism for: 1. Ease of setup and onboarding 2. Intuitive, easy to use for all users 3. Simple and robust integration with Salesforce
My score would be a 10 but for customer success. My most recent experience has been very hands-off (we literally haven't heard from them since the first week of onboarding). Saying that I don't really know what I'd need them for since it's such an easy to use tool, but it would be nice to hear from them once in a while.

I think Cognism is the most complete, complex, and user-friendly software there is, at this time, and I can say that as I have been using it daily for multiple hours/day for more than 4 months. The web extension is a really great feature, due to its accessibility and user-friendly interaction. It has a very complete database regarding leads, with a lot of verified contact details, along with a great way to better qualify your leads, and not waste time on low-quality ones. Our CSM is very prompt and easy to talk to. He is always there whenever we have a problem and always finds a solution to the problem.
I would say the thing that I somewhat dislike are the cases in which the Chrome extension cannot get information details from some of the LinkedIn leads, especially from countries in Asia more specifically.
