Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
How GetApp verifies reviews
GetApp carefully verified over 2 million reviews to bring you authentic software experiences from real users. Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

It's OK. It's not good and it's not bad. I'm committed to the product now
I love the idea. And and some of it works really excellent. But the hardware and QR codes and brace loads just are not effective. So far to date I bet I have attempted To scan 50 phones and 0 have actually worked. So yeah so I ended up just going to a Web address. I love the profile system though.
Well clearly the hardware. I have the button, a customized button, and a bracelet. None of it has worked.

Overall, I liked it. There are still some quirks to work out, but I think the lead capture is the most important feature.
It was mostly intuitive. Hubspot integration worked well and was very easy to set up. I liked being able to capture leads.
People were able to swipe away the lead capture, which was the most important feature for us. Most people didn't save our contact information. I think there needs to be a clearer prompt for that. Also, the Eventbrite integration was quirky. It would import leads as team members instead of contacts, and we got a large bill because of it. That was never figured out, but the customer service team was very prompt in getting the bill reversed.
