PureCloud is a great product, very agile and innovative and love the "almost" cloud based architecture. It's easy to use and is so feature rich out of the box it. The organisation loves the collaboration tools.

NICE inContact has done a wonderful job with user functionality on the front end, ease of use for call transfers including internal and external. They are, by far, the worst company I've ever had the horrible experience of dealing with.
