What is Provide Support?

Provide Support is a website chat and monitoring solution for online support enabling proactive chat invitation, push pages, call transfer, canned answers, chat session logs, encrypted chats, visitor's geo location, referrer and more.

The solution provides a fully customizable chat window to fit any website design, and a single operator can handle any number of live chat sessions at the same time. Operator-to-operator chats allow users to initiate chats with other operators in separate chat rooms to request assistance or exchange important information. Users can also bring other operators into a chat or hand over conversations for additional help.

Real-time website visitor monitoring allow users to view a visitor's IP address, host name, country, browser type, pages visited, referrer address, and other information to better define marketing strategies. Users can view geographic distribution of current website visitors on a world map. New visitors, and visitors an operator is currently chatting with, will be highlighted.

Files of any type up to 100MB in size can be sent right through the chat using the file transfer feature, including an automatic emailing of chat transcripts. Additional features include customization and branding, emoticons, spell checker, proactive chats, and more. Provide Support is a browser-based and Windows operator client. No plug-ins or software installation required on customer's side.
