SPOTIO is a field service management and sales engagement solution that is designed for businesses across several industry segments, including solar, medical, telecommunications, distribution, food & beverage, home improvement, real estate, marketing, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. It helps organizations manage operations related to route optimization, customer communications, lead visit tracking, and more on a centralized platform.

SPOTIO allows field employees to automatically capture and store visit details, client calls, SMS messages, and email communications. Supervisors can utilize the autoplays functionality to create daily task sequences and organize leads and customer specific activities. The sales prospecting module enables team members to generate leads, schedule appointments, filter prospects, and track lead status. It offers a sales territory mapping tool, which allows administrators to configure role-based permission rights, optimize sales routes, and manage prospects based on specific territories.

SPOTIO provides an API, which allows organizations to integrate the platform with several third-party CRM and ERP solutions, such as Oracle NetSuite, Pipedrive, SAP ERP, and Salesforce. It also enables staff members to track sales processes, create reports, build mailer campaigns, and print pipeline reviews.
