AWRA OpsHub overview

What is AWRA OpsHub?

AWRA OpsHub runs on one relational core instead of a suite of separate products joined by a sync layer. A goods receipt writes the stock movement, the supplier balance and the journal entry in the same transaction, so there is no nightly reconciliation job and no window in which two modules disagree.

FUNCTIONAL MODULES. Inventory: multi-location stock, transfers, batch and serial traceability, barcode scanning, cycle counts with variance approval, and stock-as-of rollback reporting. Procurement: requisition, RFQ, purchase order, goods receipt and three-way match, plus supplier prequalification (public application to review to approval to vendor record) and a vendor portal where suppliers submit their own documents and track payment status. Sales: quotations, invoicing, credit notes, customer statements, credit limits. Point of sale that keeps selling when the connection drops and syncs on reconnect. Accounting: chart of accounts, journals, budgets, tax handling and a cross-module payments register. HR and payroll: employee records that are not tied to login seats, attendance, leave, payslips and staff self-service. Fixed assets with custodians, movements and depreciation. Projects, tasks and timesheets. Helpdesk with SLA-tracked tickets. Analytics: demand forecasting, supplier scorecards and anomaly alerts computed from your own transaction history.

PLATFORM SPECS. Cloud-hosted PHP/Laravel on MySQL, horizontally scalable behind a load balancer with shared session, cache and queue backends. Responsive web application plus a native Android app; iOS in development. Each organization runs in its own base currency, with correct minor-unit precision per currency rather than an assumed two decimals, and per-country tax profiles spanning Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and Oceania. Kenyan depth includes KRA eTIMS and M-Pesa. Also included: custom fields on core records, a report builder with saved reports, CSV and Excel import with template validation, soft delete with a restorable trash, granular notification preferences, and a workflow automation engine with scheduled, event and webhook triggers.

INTEGRATIONS (33 CONNECTORS). Accounting: QuickBooks. Tax: KRA eTIMS. Payments: M-Pesa, Paystack. Messaging: Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Google Chat. SMS: Twilio, Africa's Talking, Infobip. Email: Mailchimp, Mailgun, Mailjet, Brevo. Storage: Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Amazon S3. CRM: Salesforce. E-signature: PandaDoc. Identity and SSO: Google, Microsoft Entra ID. Productivity: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable. Automation: Zapier, Make, and inbound webhooks. A documented REST API (v1) uses Bearer API keys and returns JSON; reference and code samples at awraops.com/api-docs.

SECURITY. TOTP multi-factor authentication with hashed single-use recovery codes. Role-based access control over a fine-grained permission map, with roles defined per organization. Row-level data isolation that fails closed: a query arriving without an organization context returns zero rows rather than everything. An audit trail that attaches the acting user to every movement. Self-service portal access is PIN-based with hashing, lockout, expiry and time-limited links. API keys are read-scoped by design, and vendor banking and mobile-money details are excluded from every API response, so a leaked reporting key cannot expose payout destinations. We completed the CSA STAR Level 1 CAIQ v4.0.3 self-assessment (all 261 controls answered, submitted August 2026). That is a self-assessment, not an audited certification, and we would rather tell you that than let the badge imply otherwise.

Built and operated from Nairobi, Kenya. Start on a 30-day trial with every module unlocked and no credit card required; paid plans from KES 2,500 per month, billed in your currency.
