Pingstreams is an AI customer support platform that enables businesses to deploy customer service automation on premises or in the cloud. The platform serves organizations ranging from startups to enterprises across eCommerce, software as a service, healthcare, finance, education and real estate.

The platform incorporates a visual bot builder that offers fifty-three prebuilt actions including native JavaScript code execution, AI decision making, voice support with dual tone multi frequency and speech recognition, as well as integrations with services such as Make, N8N, HubSpot, Customer dot io and Brevo. Administrators can select from six AI models including GPT Four O, GPT Four O mini, GPT Four, GPT Three point five turbo, O One mini and O One preview.

A unified omnichannel inbox consolidates chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media and voice into a single interface. An analytics dashboard tracks more than one hundred metrics to support data driven decision making. AI routing directs conversations to agents based on expertise and availability.
