“I use Run powered by ADP for bi-weekly payroll and for filing payroll taxes (W2s). It is online, so once the employees are registered, they can go online to see their paystubs. It has easy access to both paystubs and W2s. It has graphs, calendars and reminders, which is very convenient for users. You can print out a calendar for the 2022 year which shows all the payroll cycles, for example. When I run payroll, it shows the exact payroll dates for the pay period, and I get a confirmation email right after I run payroll. As an office manager, I can tell you this saves a lot of time.”
