ClickTale is a website user engagement platform that helps to analyse, understand and improve how users interact with your website. The app offers a number of features which combined give a deeper understanding of how your users behave whilst on your site. These features include session playbacks, a selection of heat maps, a conversion funnel, form analytics and a number of site efficiency tools.
ClickTale's session playback gives you a recording of all browser sessions, showing how users navigate across your site and which elements they interact with most. The selection of heatmaps offered in ClickTale include mouse move, click, attention and scroll reach heatmaps. Link analytics shows you where visitors hover, click and hesitate. You can place two heatmaps side-by-side for a comparison of various pages and versions.
ClickTale also includes a graphic conversion funnel that shows your visitors page-to-page journey across your site, allowing you to see where customers drop off and the highest converting paths. Furthermore, the app offers form analytics to identify the fields that are filled out the most. With ClickTale's site efficiency tools you can access bounce reports and JS errors reports. You can see an overview of all this activity - bounce reports, session playbacks and heatmaps - through ClickTale's page console .
