With their Customer Success team's support, our product team has been able to adapt heat maps into our development / analytics process.
Ptengine is famous for its precision when showing user activity with heat maps. Other software on the market lacks precision compared to Ptengine, which will result in misjudgment. Also I like their customer support team, always willing to listen to the customers.
They charge by Pageviews, but every once in a while someone will make a small mistake in some of our settings, and would eat up all the monthly page view limit.
Thanks for your review on Ptengine. If you want we can help set up limits for your amount of Pageviews so this won't happen in the future. Have you already tried our new features including A/B-testing?

I love the combination of easy web analytics, heatmaps and the option to take direct action in online edits on my website and even run A/B-tests. The second thing I really enjoy using is the Heatmaps in the A/B-testing mode. Haven't seen that in any other marketing products yet. And of course, great support that is very friendly and responsive. We had a good onboarding and demo with the Ptengine team.
Performance and speed of heatmaps can be a bit faster.

Good. We want to see where we should add CTAs and how far down the page people are looking.
We just needed the heatmap functionality and the scroll map. This was satisfactory for what we needed.
If there is a pop-up menu or pop-out feature on a page, I want to be able to see where people are clicking for this type of feature.
Sheena, thanks for your review and great feedback. You can use the popup features in Ptengine to get heatmaps on those as well. It just requires you to create the popup in the Ptengine Experience section. If you need help setting it up, let us know.

The pricing could be better and free trial could be slightly longer
