It's very easy to use and it's wonderful for sharing files in a secure way, and it's good with email integration.

It's very user-friendly, easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. They are always offering free webinars to help you get the most out of their product.

Their customer service is outstanding. If you have a question of any kind, they are always available to answer questions and offer solutions as to how to get the most out of this software.

It is too slow and will taking too much time for a large files thus making me frustrating more when the process get interrupted and had to repeating the same process again.

Benefits include: Secure file sharing and collaboration tool. Support is great and is inclusive in subscription.

The features offered and the security makes it a great product. There are integrations available with other products to further extend functionality.

Difficulty paying for subscription and You cannot view your profile if the Internet connection is lost.

As a Citrix product it carries the usual value for the price, ease of use, and reliability you can expect from them.

I love that we can upload files that all of our remote and in office employees can quickly have access to.

Excellent way to get my work done and approved. Saves me lots of time and reduce my stress when I require immediate approvals on files.

We also love that we can create specific folders for our clients to upload any of their files to that would be too large to send via email.

It is easy to transfer files in it. The interface of website is very attractive. I love to use this tool. According to me it is secure and reliable. Sometimes I find it running slowly and this thing is quite disappointing. If the speed is improved it would be very good.
