Cacoo is an online diagram and collaboration tool for businesses to create sitemaps, flowcharts, mind maps, wireframes, mockups, and more. By utilizing and customizing a wide range of in-built templates, or building from scratch, users can create diagrams individually or as a team for brainstorming, workflow management, and project planning.
Using Cacoo’s multi-user workspace, teams of employees can collaborate in real time with features including synchronous editing, version tracking and feedback commenting. Multiple versions of diagrams can be saved by team members in order to retain and track a history of changes, and comments can be added directly to diagrams for actionable feedback or recommendations.
In order to assist users with diagram creation, Cacoo offers a wide range of templates and shapes for a variety of purposes including business process flowcharts, iOS wireframes, brainstorm mind maps, timeline Gantt charts, sales funnels, sitemaps, floor plans, and more. Once created, diagrams can be shared with teammates, management, or clients by sending an entire folder or individual diagram in either read-only or editable format. Diagrams can also be shared via social media, email, or links, and can be exported or embedded into web pages.
