Formaloo Pricing

The product is exceptionally easy to use, with great customer support. Features are being continuously released, which is great to see. The forms are beautiful and very intuitive, on mobile of web. The data collection part is top-notch. I absolutely love that the forms are white labeled and hosted on my own domain using the CNAME option.

They are missing out on having support for RTL languages and their integrations are a bit shaky. I believe it will be improved!

I love the clean UX of the experience (a huge upgrade over Google Forms), and the array of powerful features. Even just using a few of them makes for a fantastic value! You can launch a new website (Custom URL) with each form you set up? That's amazing.

I would like a better workspace UX, as it's not clear to me how that works, is configured, or is different than folders. I just might have more to learn.

This is just an excellent tool for creating and hosting beautiful online forms and many other features. It even has a free plan, so you can try everything before committing to a subscription. It makes my work a lot easier every day

One time they had a down-time that lasted a few minutes. I think it's important for these platforms to have near 100% uptime - frequent downtimes can cost users money (wasted ad budget)

This software is fairly easy to use since it is a cloud service, but read my comments below for areas that can be improved on. The price was noticeably less than another solution I looked at for similar functionality. The templates can help your forms avoid looking like they are trapped in the 1990s.

I wanted to create a ranking question, but the closest I could find was the matrix table where it is up to the user to follow instructions and only assign a given rank once. I also had an issue with a user being unable to complete a basic survey so this software may be more troubling once I really get to know it. I would also rather have a plus sign after each section to allow adding additional sections as well as making it easier to reorder fields (perhaps a number entry box or up/down arrows rather than dragging?).

Formaloo has alot of features and functionalities that they do not try to hide behind enhanced paywalls. Webhooks and API access has been available for a while. As a form builder, it lets you accept payments, signatures, and files. There's little missing.

Some of the more advanced portions of building out a dashboard for from your forms could be streamlined. I do follow their YouTube channel to help alleviate this issue.

This is undoubtedly a powerful software but only and I mean ONLY when it works. The potential is there but the execution and the required support aren't there yet.

Before I purchased Formaloo (and got some of my clients to also), I was struggling to find an affordable surveying tool with simple navigation that could also provide the features I needed. It was so frustrating building out a a large questionnaire to get to the end and realise that it was going to cost £66 a month, or that embedding it looked terrible on my websites popup, along with other things.

A few basic things are missing like a couple of styling options, but its a new tool and they are adding these in very soon to make it even better.

The UI is quite slick and snappy. It supports many types of form fields and can accomadate certain logics of Hiding and Showing a field. One of the main missing features is conditional email notifications and email notifications to multiple id's on form submission which are shown as coming soon in their roadmap. Their roadmap definately shows exciting features which will quickly bring the service at par with industry leaders. The value for money right now is phenomenal. I would recommend jumping at this opportunity immediately.

I have used so many form builders in the past 10 yrs, what you get with this product for the value is ridiculously amazing.

I would love for there to be additional field options in the future.

My biggest satisfaction with Formaloo is that I can use it as a workbook for trainees, because respondents can receive a copy of their response via email. This wasn't available in a previous solution I used. I also like the vast collection of templates.

The UI looks quite barebones and unfinished, which can cost Formaloo business because new users may interpret that as the solution being an immature one. I tried it out first time because I trusted the community that recommended it, else I might have underrated it. I am very happy with it though, so I hope they polish the UI soon enough to not lose them prospective customers.

I love the fact you can build simple and advanced forms easily, and embed them in various ways on your website. Logic, calculation, payment integration allows implementation of various use cases from onboarding, engagement and payment forms. Custom domains without formaloo branding are a plus, I already sent demos to a couple of clients and it makes the difference when presenting ideas.

The form UX itself is not there yet - but improving rapidly - so I trust the team to improve the product. There are quite a few hiccups while loading the forms and I hope the team will fix those soon: - CSS may load after the content, resulting in clunky redraws - The content loads after the "continue" button, so it seems like the form is empty. - Editing responses has a strange flow, you have to re-take the form and sometimes it doesn't load the first option. Overall I'm sure everything will be fixed, it's a matter of prioritization.

Very easy to use, has an intuitive dashboard to manage form responses. Great options to customize your questions. Used it at my previous organization for surveying users as it had live survey option, which was a unique feature. It is also very economical and value for money product.

The interface could be better, but I've heard it's improving with updates. Export/import option leaves a lot to be desired as we don't get option to choose what all to import from our previous forms, so manual customization had to be done.

I feel it is a great Value for Money and the current features & functionality is also pretty good when I compare to the market leaders.And the team of FORMALOO listens to the feedback of the users which is a great thing.

I feel some of the advanced features are still in development when I compare it to the market leaders. But they are upgrading the Product at a very good speed with continuous updates.

It's easy to use and has a great pricing model. It has every feature an advanced form builder should have. It is still some minor refinements from a UX perspective, but it's perfect for deploying an advanced form or a basic web app (something like a calculator or a quiz). You can even pay a one-time fee and export the code as a mobile app. I've not tested this feature yet, but the whole system is promising.

The major problem, in my opinion, is the limited UI customization. It's almost impossible to customize the forms, so I prefer to use Formaloo on the backend of my services since I can't adapt it to my brand identity.

They offers lifetime deal in appsumo. It is a steal compare to other player in market like typeform, jot form or even gravity form. It has the same functions and some even better functions but the price is unbeatable. Grab it before it gone.

Since it is relatively new software, it still lack of some features such as multiple success page, table filter and others. Hopefully they can fulfil their promise in the road map.

While I appreciate the features of Formaloo's free version, I can't help but envy the paid version for its added benefits and functionalities.

Quick and easy to use, low cost, no programming necedssary, relatiely intuitive, reliable.

While working on a form, each time I click save, I am presented with a box that I have to close. It should only present the box when I try to leave the form. Finally the same is true when I do try to leave the form, I have to acknowledge that I saved, rather than the system knowing that I had just saved. Minor annoyance, not a big deal but I am sure they will fix that as they seem to be wildly responsive.

Basically I started with Formaloo because I was looking for a Typeform substitute. Now I can say that Formaloo has a lot of potentials to become a full-fledge replacement for forms, data collection, and lead generation. Formaloo also has live results presentation which is really useful, but it would be better if we can select which question can be shown.

Speeds a bit inconsistent, but I am seeing that they are making improvements in different phases.

The product is extremely easy to pick up and use right away with the template selection! You can also use the software to create conditional forms with logic built in.

Can be buggy at times, but the team seems hard at work to fix any issues.

I am a user of Formaloo because honestly, compared to other alternatives on the market, its price is much lower and its quality is very good. In terms of functionality, Formaloo is very solid. It's a mistake to think of it only as a form tool, with Formaloo you can do very advanced things, even create applications.

I would like the platform to have more options to customize the form. Also the application interface could be more polished.

The layout is easy and hassle free. Incredibly easy to use interface is a boon.

Price point could be worked upon for better customer reach

It has advanced capabilities for a great price. It also integrates with many software. Easy to set up the logic and embed it into a website. It has a visual builder that shows you what happens when something happens in the form after a an action

It needs a little polish as far as look and feel is considered

I like that there's no limit to the responses you can collect and that the pricing is very affordable compared with Typeform etc.

I wish there were more custom integrations including with email platforms.
