No geral a experiencia é muito boa, a plataforma funciona bem, usamos diáriamente, e a experiencia de todos que usam é muito positiva, não temos reclamações de nenhum dos usuários e de nenhum cliente tambem.
Fácil de usar, de implementar, intuitiva, com muitos recursos muito uteis para o dia a dia, tanto para central, quanto para o CRM
Não tem relatórios na central, isso é bem ruim, e vira e volta tem alguns bugs bem problemáticos, como a plataforma ficar como se estivesse fora do ar, ou outras coisas., apesar de serem resolvidos rapidamente, causa muito transtorno no dia a dia. Apesar do atendimento de suporte ser atencioso, muitos retornos não são objetivos, como prazos por exemplo.
