The chat, Q/A, and Polls tabs that dock along the side of the screen when not in full screen are a great way of interacting. I am not sure if this integration is needed for video conferencing. Whova seems to have its own video conferencing platform. The integration works perfectly except for the fact that whova chat and zoom chat and Q/A sections do not merge.

We used Zoom instead of the built in conferencing. Unfortunately that did split off some of the users when we tried to do break out rooms on Zoom and those still using the App didn't know what was going on.

It is really important that everything works together for promptness and in a timely manner.

This allowed people to be separated into breakout rooms for more intimate conversations.

I set up a meeting with a personal link and zoom features that i want and used to
