We have had a great experience so far. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Hala Zeidan and the support team for guiding us throughout the entire process.
Complaints to the company was the layout on the administrator's website.
Our customers love the rewards, personalized offers, and tiered benefits, which boost their loyalty. Early access to promotions and straightforward redemption enhance their experience.
One feature that does not work well for us is the app. Admittedly this is due to our unique use case.
We are part of the top 5 users of Kangaroo Rewards in the franchise that I am in and it's been a great experience so far.
Missing some features that another product had. Need to be able to let people know when they have a discount.
All clients that use it are addicted to it and love the rewards that come with it. It is a client way to show appreciation to all our loyal costumers.

A few features are missing on the multi-tannet management side. But ELL are working on it.
Great software with all the right features and benefits for users. Easy to use with great aesthetics.
The AI learning aspects are a little hit and miss and sometimes quite a bit of manual intervention is required.
The relationship is really good and they are flexible to our needs. The way their technology integrates is great, which makes our life easy.

The ability to set reporting is also a huge plus. Once set up the way you want it, it becomes second nature and its ease of use is superb.
Does not work on their phones. Weird glitches on some reports really set us back months which is a bummer.
Over all it’s been a great program and great company to work with. Look forward to years of a great relationship.

This one integrates with my Payroll company seamlessly. The online ordering platform used was ridiculously easy and provides a more polished seamless look for my company.
It's annoying when I'm eating at a restaurant and it takes my waiter so long to put in orders, print checks, etc. I see them struggling and I want to go install SpotOn myself right then.
Easy to use, great customization, awesome customer service, Sales Rep delivered as promised.
I have had to place stop payment on them and stop using the credit card machine in order to stop the bleed. I literally have called and emailed each and everyday for months trying to get a resolution.
Reporting has been amazing and has really helped our manager stay on top of their metrics. Integrations with 7 Shifts scheduling has been a game changer.
Great way to have more customers having a better experience with your company.
From back office, digital marketing, built our website to take orders off of. The programming is great to allow you to do more tasks with better trained staff.
I love the ease of access of this product the most. Business people hardly have time for anything other than running their business.

As a new user, it was very difficult to understand what I was doing in the rule builder/campaign builder due to the lack of descriptions in the field.
The variety or attributes and parameters to combine this engines is super useful. From profile parameters, to behavioral and transactional inputs.
My number one most frustrating thing about Talon One is the lack of training and tool descriptions.
The Talon One team has been very responsive and available with all of our requests and support needs. Highly recommend the tool just for their customer service.
Sometimes the list of events takes a long time or throws an error.
One helps us to not give out discounts where not needed but to incentivize the behavior we where it is needed. In short: Our metrics have improved.
I wasn't in the team when the integration was donde, so getting to know the logics behind all attribute names and how they work is hard.
My two favorite aspects of Talon One are the customizations and ease of campaign creation.

The templates for email blasts are very confusing.
An amazing product, excellent customer service, prompt support; you'll be a loyal customer for life.
The tablets were the only problem we encountered but customer service was very prompt to get new ones to us asap.
After learning the system and training on it we were quite pleased with the ease of use and my wife was especially pleased with the marketing abilities.
I think some of the reports are difficult but that may be because we are using it in a way that is not the way the program was desgined.

I don't think I have any dislikes. Any questions or concerns I had were always immediately addressed and resolved.
Help is always abundant, friendly and immediate when needed. Frequent Program updates offer ease of use and opportunity for additional promotions to keep our rewards program fresh for our loyal users.

Giftbit offers various gift cards to choose from and also offers the sending of gift cards in bulk. They also offer Visa Gift card for just additional 2.95$, which is most loved by our users.
This company is a complete scam and their customer service is useless.
Our referral sources love it and always say how cool it is they get to select so many great options. ALSO I am able to track and see who has not used a gift card and easily resend to them.

Great app where you can recognize Your fellow co workers in a fast and easy way. Love it a great wat to keep your team motivated.
No more lost cards in the mail. No more postage paid to mail out a gift card.
The Employee rewarding and the variety of merchants are incredible. Also, I love the integration with Microsoft Teams as this allows seamless communication amongst employees that are recognised.
I really cannot think of any aspect of this software that was negative.
In my first weeks at the new company, I've received a Guusto gift card for Uber Eats and I loved how easy it was to navigate the platform and enjoy the gift.
I was slightly confused by the combine gifts function - I wasn't sure what was combined and what was not (first time I used that function).
Each recipient can choose what they like best, and it is easy for them to redeem a gift card for their selection.
