What do users say about FollowUp CRM?

Reports still don't work properly for us; promised of integration with ProCore, but after a year, still not integrating, especially to the bid board; no app for android, app for iphone doesn't work well and interface is hard to use on the phone; email integrations spin and then force the program or email to close.
