People seem to like Okendo to leave a review, well, nobody has made any negative comments. Okendo don't bother me like Yotpo did.

I'd like to integrate with Klaviyo but I am. Not at the stage that I can afford the power plan.

Customers respond to the review emails, we don't even have to offer them a discount. The review emails are easy for the customers to use & upload their own photos of the products.

Great experience overall! Okendo checks all the boxes that our previous review platform, Trustpilot, couldn't do. I also like the other capabilities Okendo has beyond reviews but we have not dipped into that yet.

I see opportunity to grow with Okendo and add more of their services as my increased store sessions and revenue grows. There's only so much I can do with the base tier, but the customer service is top tier even with them fully knowing I am using the base plan. If there was a way to use the additional services at a lower cost based on website traffic volume, I would enjoy Okendo even more.

Decent introductory review platform

Okendo has been an absolute game-changer for our business when it comes to capturing and displaying product reviews! The ease of collecting customer feedback and seamlessly integrating those reviews into our website has exceeded our expectations. One of our favorite features is the ability to incorporate user-generated content (UGC) through the Okendo Media Grid, allowing us to showcase alternate product images from our customers. This adds so much authenticity and visual appeal to our product pages, giving potential buyers confidence in their purchase.

We’ve also recently expanded our use of the Okendo suite, trying out both Surveys and Referrals. The Surveys tool is fantastic for capturing first-party data directly from our customers—super insightful and easy to set up! However, the Referral program didn’t quite deliver the impact we were hoping for, but it’s still a solid feature worth exploring depending on your needs.

Overall, Okendo remains an invaluable asset for driving engagement through customer reviews and UGC. Highly recommended for any e-commerce store looking to elevate their brand and build trust with their audience!

Okendo Review: The Best Review Platform Around

Rachel D.:                                             Hi, my name is Rachel. I'm the owner and founder of Midori Bikinis, and I give Okendo a five out of five star rating. Before using Okendo, we used Yotpo, we used Judge.me, and a native Shopify integration for reviews. As far as Okendo, the pricing was really competitive at the time for all the features it offered. We were coming from Judge.me, which was really great for Shopify in more of a basic setting, but Okendo offered a lot of different features that we were really looking forward to using. And then from there, they actually grew to include loyalty as well as customer rewards.
                                                       The integration with Okendo was really simple. We downloaded the app through Shopify and then we worked with their team to ensure everything was set up correctly, but it actually set up just through the theme settings and Shopify 2.0 simply on its own. So we want to do a few custom differences from there to really match the feel of our site, and they went ahead and assisted us with that. The full integration and setup was no longer than a day. I would highly recommend Okendo as a review platform just in terms of simplicity and customer service. You're not going to find an app out there with a better team to work with. I would highly recommend coming into it with an open mind for all the new tools and features that they're going to be bringing out. We've been honored to be involved in some of their beta programs that have really helped extend our program here at Midori Bikinis.

Cleo S.:                                               I'm Cleo. I am Director of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing at a woman's wear company, and I would give Okendo a five out of five.
                                                       When considering different platforms to use for product reviews, I initially tried out Stamped.io, which is a Shopify app, but there weren't enough capabilities for customization. And then I considered Yotpo app, which is just a little bit on the higher end in terms of pricing and they wanted to lock me into a one-year contract, which I didn't feel comfortable doing. So I was looking for something that was affordable and month to month.
                                                       When looking for other options for product reviews, I spoke to my Shopify Plus Merchant Success Manager, and he highly recommended Okendo based on success from other brands that he worked with, and so I reached out to Okendo and immediately was linked up with their CEO, had a great kickoff call, and was really blown away by their level of service, as well as their integration. So they integrate with our email service Klayvio, but they also have a lot of features such as offering incentives for reviews and what not. So, I appreciated that they didn't lock us into an annual contract. It's month to month. We can drop out whenever we want to, but I also appreciated that they have a technical team that helped us build the reviews widget on our product pages. So as someone who doesn't have an in-house developer, that was really helpful and a big bonus.
                                                       It was really easy to get integrated with a Okendo. It took about a week, but it could have been quicker. The reason why it took a week was because on our end, we were gathering all the assets such as what the email capture for reviews would look like. But all in all, super easy. They had a tech team that was readily available for us whenever we needed it. And so, yeah, we have a customer success manager, who will answering emails within 24 hours and then we had a technical person on their end who helped build out any sort of features that we... That I couldn't do on my own.
                                                       My recommendation would be, as you're researching different options, do that 30 minute call with everybody and kind of walk through and ask them even like what their benefits are, what their features are, that other kind of competitors don't offer. And so that's what we did with Okendo and actually had multiple phone calls with them and they walked me through the UI and they just kind of [inaudible 00:02:26]. they were very flexible with their payment terms too, to make sure that I was comfortable before committing to anything.
                                                       And so, yeah. Do your research talk to people? Something that I did as well was I went on LinkedIn and I reached out to other brands that use Okendo and I asked them for their candid feedback on what their experience was like and all in all, it was really positive. So, that would be my advice, just to speak to people.
