The sync to QBO feature makes Firm 360 very easy to use for updating client data, adding new clients, and most especially billing. Once you get used to having Firm 360 be the "driver" for client data having the sync to QBO automatic, you find that your firm's QBO file gets cleaned up pretty quickly and stays that way. The sync feature also makes billing out of Firm 360 so easy. You can create the invoice in Firm 360 and it flows right into QBO so that your A/R stays up to date.

The one feature I don't especially like about Firm 360 is that all clients must have a client number and that is how your client list is displayed. We have never used client numbers and having used QBO since our inception, we are used to having our clients listed in alphabetical order. Having the list displayed in alpha order helps when adding a new client to be slotted in automatically in it's correct placement. With the client numbering system, the clients are in no particular order so it makes my OCD go nuts when looking at the client list.

* Easy to use * Clients do not have to remember passwords; the SMS text adds better security * We were able to eliminate 2 software packages plus NetClient portals to a single product. * Company and developers have been VERY responsive to suggestions for improvements and have implemented changes far quicker than other software companies we have dealt with. * Support is primarily email, but company did accommodate calls when needed. Overall support has been good.

Having to download documents to print and not have a print driver to print directly into the program. The ability to upload directly from Adobe is helpful with this process, but still one extra step.

Communicating with clients via portal and e-mail.

Documents filing system, automatic sort out system non-exiting, search criteria limitation. I Got spoiled by Thomson Router's file cabinet features I guess, plus firm 360 was implemented during tax season, so there was little time for training.

The time management feature is easy to set up and easy for staff to use. The report and billing features allow us to track in real time what our employees are doing, and we can then bill clients quickly and efficiently.

One feature that could be improved is creating a report feature that allows all users to see a summary of their time over a specified period. For example, reports that allow an employee to run a report for the prior month to see how much billable time they had and then compare it to the prior year.

I like that I am able to see everything I have planed for each week and manage my time on a project and that our firm is able to see how we are progressing in out projects in a timely manner. It is very user friendly.

Wish there was a better way for the software would mark you project completed for you.

The onboarding team and process has made this transition wonderful and it has really allowed our firm to keep track of ongoing projects without all of the headaches. Firm360 is consistently coming out with new features and enhancing the product even more!

So far there isn't much we do not like! This software has been a tremendous help and upgrade from previous software used.

Support and help with setup. Easy to use, Can access anywhere since it is online

Since it is online, the program times out and requires you to log back in. I would like to see the login stay up longer. Need a little more flexability with the actual invoice. We have client specific templates that will not work in 360. Also markdowns for clients needs more flexability to show up in Realization calculations.

The best feature for me is project management. I am easily able to keep all of my client's work up to date and never forget a step.

I'm having a hard time coming up with what I like least about Firm360. Honestly the only things I can think of are very minor. Example is having to click "hide closed" tasks each time I go into a project.

Ease of use, client/contact management system, simple time tracking, integrated document management.

Transition was difficult do to amount of files moved and time entries imported, but helped us along the way.

We switched to Firm360 18 months ago and haven’t looked back. It does everything we need for firm management, and they keep improving it. Customer service is outstanding!

Wish there were more reports, but I think those are coming

The software is incredibly easy to learn and use. Firm360 staff work hard at fixing issues quickly and are very responsive to feedback.

The report and search functions are still in the early days and need to be fleshed out. Right now many reports have to be exported to csv then created in excel. The search/filter functions aren't available on all input fields. There is no true integration with Outlook.

Firm360 is pretty intuitive and highly customizable.

Less clicks is always better in any software. As they continue to improve and adjust, the number of clicks should decline.

This software is amenable, flexible and supportive. It is capable of managing different aspects of our practice, from straight-forward corporate year-end file preparation, to the longer-term steps of an Estate project, and specialty tax engagements.

A teeny-tiny quirk of the timer - when using the timer, if I go off the page to work in another window, the timer stops moving, although it's keeping proper time in the background - I can't come back to the window to see how much time has passed. I have to post the time to see the total.

I love how it is so intuitive! It has everything that you need to know about the client right there at your fingertips, from communications to invoicing and all of the documents that pertain to engagements that we are performing for our clients.

I haven't found anything that I don't like about this system yet.

Great tool for multi users to keep track of project management. Great utilization for clients portal and all staff to have access to help clients. Firm 360 did a great job of helping make multi site a possibility.

Do not use qb online. Would like to have better integration or more robust reporting options.

It is easy to navigate to client information quickly. The time management feature is also great to keep up with billable hours.

It would be nice to have an integration/app for a tablet to use when customers come in the door.

I like the reporting features that allow me to analyze productivity and work loads.

I sometimes wish I could sort team workload by work type but will often just export to do this.

I love the easy transfer of projects with staff , ability to organize projects.

Still cannot connect my Adobe to 360 but I dont actually care

Generating projects out of templates and being able to customize them as well

Project due dates and task dates do not align and I have to always edit task due dates one by one which feels inefficient

This product is very user friendly and easy to use. I love the project function of it and being able to keep up with tasks that need to be completed.

My least favorite thing about this software is client uploads. Having an easier option to combine all of their documents into one file would be helpful.

We have struggled to have an easy to use, easy to access with 2-factor authentication, and useful firm management system. We have used three different systems to cover what this one does. It is fast and laid out well. The company is small so customer service is excellent. You are working with the ones that built the system.

I don't have many cons for this system.

The software is easy to use and works well with our accounting software and adobe. Time tracking and task management works well for us. It continues to improve over time as well.

At times I have issues with my documents I am editing transferring over completely.

Easy to use, easy to track and manage clients. Im also able to keep track of sales.

I wish I could have an automated system to email clients to follow up. It may be something thats already integrated, I just have to keep looking. Also wish we were able to have folders for different years rather than it just all be accumulated in client category

The product is very user friendly and easy to use. I love the product for convenience and usability.

My boss integrated so I am not sure about the transition. I do know that I like all the features and do not have a least favorite. I haven't dealt with some features however yet (billing, invoicing).
