It offers a host of features including invoicing, quote management, email synchronization, online scheduling, custom questionnaires, automatic payment reminders, and customizable workflows. The time tracking functionality lets members record time spent on projects, adjust hourly rates, track billable and non-billable hours, and share invoices with clients.
17hats’ white-label capabilities enable organizations to create personalized contracts and emails with custom logos. Clients can use the self-service portal to monitor job status, accept quotes, sign contracts, and pay invoices. It supports integration with various third-party applications such as Google Calendar, iCal, Square, Facebook, and more.
