With the calendar tool, supervisors can view all reservations, sort them using colored indicators, and prepare quotes for guests. Administrators can set up user accounts for employees with name, email address, and contact information and grant permissions accordingly.
ThinkReservations offers integration with various third-party applications including CartStack, TripTease, Google Analytics, Aloha, and Heartland. Managers can create new tasks specific to reservations, assign them to staff members, and track pending ones.
