Users also have centralized access to all hiring documents, as Harri stores and manages all digital applications and onboarding documents such as I-9s and W4s. E-signature and e-verification tools allow employees to review and sign documents online. Users can also send new hires personalized offer letters to help newcomers feel welcome. Harri’s reporting dashboard gives users valuable insight into the hiring process with relevant metrics and reports.
