I like it! Easy to use and easy to maintane.
Pros
SSO is working perfectly and the Org Chart gives you the information that you need: picture of the person, the managers or direct reports and additional information if needed (Hobbies for exmaple). The API works perfectly and was easy to set up based on the documentation.
Cons
There is no engagments between the employees.

Pros
Face matching game on mobile app is a great way to learn employees names, easy to look up and find people by team or report, good org chart.
Cons
Mobile app has limited features—can't edit profile, no full dashboard like on the desktop browser home screen.

I like being able to run reports as well when I need a complete list of employee names, start dates and if they are full time or part time (I use the Skills section for this)

We have a large employee base.

In Employee Profile, I wish some of the sections I've added such as "HIPAA Training" ect, could only be edited by an admin member, but still visible to the employee so they know when they need to do their annual training.

I mostly use Pingboard to determine what location a particular employee is in or when I need to send an email to all the direct reports of a particular employee it is a great resource.
Pros
I like that it pulls directly from ADP so is automatically updated and can be viewed by location.
Cons
I am not an administrator of the program so not familiar with all the capabilities. As and end user, I don't have any issues with Pingboard.

It isn't GitHub, SalesForce, Office365, or any of the boilerplate onboarding items.
Pros
Pingboard is easy for end-users and admins alike, integrates with GSuite and auto-syncs, and allows everyone in our org to connect our schedules and statuses.
Cons
Inviting new employees is sometimes accidentally forgotten when a new admin uses the software.

I don't have to ask the team who reports to who OR what team they are on - I have these answers right at my fingertips and can find the answer quickly.
Pros
As a recruiter, it's hard to keep up with heavy growth in a company.

I wish all employees would fill out the bio but maybe it's because it's so general and people aren't sure what to write?

Overall I think is a good software that lets you add a photo of you and your phone number, it is really useful to track people inside your company

To sign it you need to use your corporate email and it shows you the number of employees your company has, the locations where the employees are, their job position and to whom they report to.
Cons
To be honest, I overall really like the sofware, sometimes it takes long to load the search of people but nothing major

So easy to use and beautifully displays our org chart and hierarchy. Our employees rely on Pingboard heavily to see reporting structures and easily collect colleague's contact info.

It is sometimes not the most intuitive when it comes to editing employees and their job/team/depts

I least like that higher ups only show the number of employees directly below them and there aren't sub numbers to show how many in total they are controlling.

Due to new reporting and managing systems, people were confused about who was on specific teams and where specific employees fit into the company.
Pros
It's great to be able to click an employee profile and learn their current manager, profile, and tasks in real time.
Cons
It would be great to search for employees by their seniority (i.e. be able to break down a list of managers, directors, assistants, etc.)

I utilize the organization charts often. Our company is growing so fast, it's the only way to keep up with who's who and where.
Pros
It is really nice to have one portal for the entire company to find employees and see updates.
Cons
The only thing I'm anxious to have added to our pingboard is our employee store.

I can search for any employee and quickly get list of his/her direct report and his/her manager.
Cons
Very hard to find - may be you can have a browser extension instead of app to login to. Just like Grammerly if you find any name in any of the app you should be able to hover over and get the .org chart. Or quickly search through the browser extension

I wish there were a notification system that could provide updates when a certain number of new employees joined the company, so that I could keep up with new coworkers without feeling bombarded by notifications.

It's so quick, and so easy to use. The UX/UI is also beautiful.

Also the "Remote" feature of the OOO calendars was really confusing for our recruiting team, as they're heavily reliant on our G-Cal, and the remote feature does not show up when the person's calendar is set to private.
